Mine matches 100% up to 6% of salary (including bonus). Then there is an additional 0-4% based on company performance. It's averaged about 2% so I've been getting around 8% total match.

200% up to 6% plus additional 6% profit sharing, the main reason I stay with them.

Wow that's pretty solid.

I put in 5% to get 7% company match, plus additional 7% profit sharing

My company contributes 50 cents for every dollar I contribute, up to 15%. I think that's pretty good, but not sure how it stacks up to other plans. In any case, I max it out because it's free money.

Match up to 7% and automatic "profit sharing" of 6.5%, so 13.5% plus my 7% = 20.5%. Amazing plan too.

50% on the dollar up to 6%, we get others essop as well. In reviewing some other posts - there are some sweet programs out there. I'm allowed to contribute up to $60,000 (any amount over $24000 is taxed)

Pretty sure I know who you're talking about. Those percentages are automatic - no match required on your part which is nice.

2% min and they match 8%. With the automatic 1% increase I am at 16% pre and 2% post. Plus we have a pension. Not a bad deal at all.

We get the standard 100% up to 5% match.

Seems like there are a lot more generous plans out there.

This is our plan match as well. Our fund options are pretty pitiful to boot. We have over 50 fund choices and all but 2 have expense ratios over .50%. Many have load fees. It's really a shame how poorly some of these 401ks are crafted.
