Best way to make some side cash

I know we have these threads on occasion, but I wanted to see what everyone thought.
Preferably I'd like to pick up some bookkeeping on the side or something. If imagine those clients are hard to find though? Anyone have any tips on that?
Otherwide. Anyone have insightful advice?
I'm not broke or anything and save plenty of money, I'd just like to have some extra cash to supplement my discretionary budget to buy clothes, electronics, and shite with.
Thanks moneybboard

I picked up a consulting gig by aligning myself with a nurse staffing agency board of directors(CEO, CFO, and DOM)had a dinner with them, never mentioned a job, and just talked about experiences and business.....
If you know higher ups and have the experience, then all you have to do is prove valuable to them.

You will have to be insanely picky with your clientele, because a lot of small business owners will blow you up over annoyingly stupid things.
If I was going to be a bookkeeper, I would find one of the random state or federal taxes and specialize in that type of business (a la tobacco or fuel).

Pizza delivery.
Just do it on the other side of town, where you have few friends, to avoid "awkward" situations.

No Accountemps in your area? Or similar temp agencies? You can probably find some business that needs workers during your off hours.
Best cash money side gig is waiting tables. If your day job is 9-5ish, you can be working a few shifts on weekends and see an immediate return.
