transition to new coach, time to relive some glory days. I know this has been discussed many times already, but LSU's historic starting 5 could hang with anyone in the nation.
Starting 5:
G - Pete Maravich
G - Chris Jackson
F - Bob Petitte
F - Rudy Macklin
C - Shaq
2nd Team (this is where it gets very debatable)
G - Marcus Thorton
G - Vernel Singleton
F - Stromile Swift
F - Brandon Bass
C - Glenn Davis
Starting 5:

Tyrone was instant offense...For a tall guy he was a really good shooter. I don't think he liked playing D or mixing it up down low though.

Come on guys, why does everyone lookover John Williams - - he carried a team to the Final Four. Go back and look at that roster - not very impressive
