I dont get it. I mean ,yes he hasnt gotten it down yet but i would rather have him then Jerret Lee. I mean u guys not realize he was a soph last yr. Tyrelle pryor struggled too and he was the number one recruit in 08. And before u say J lee was a freshman wen he played, i get that but u dont realize is Lee threw us out of games with the pick 6's. At least we was still in the game with JJ. How many times did we get blown out least yr? none but we did 3 times wen J lee was QB. And did we not have one the worst o line play since i dont know when. Yes i saw the spring game, but what ppl dont realize is that the spring game is so the coach can see in a simulation game what is the he needs to work on b4 the next season starts. thats why its held in spring so they have all summer to work on it. SO to everyone whatever u saw at the spring game throw it out. Cuz i wouldnt take anything from that game.

The blow outs were more a function of our insanely horrible defense in 2008 than because of JL. He didn't help obviously. But with any semblence of a defense that year, it would still have been a great year.

I love it.. A poster come on here to ask why we jump on JJ and then continues to assault Lee. Cause we certainly never gave him a hard time

I dont recall a QB badgered in my life more than Lee. But lets protect JJ.

JJ is scared to perform like JL did, therefore he's way too passive and scared. JJ would probably be a much better QB if he hadn't watched what JL went through during the 2008 season...

I know this comparison is so old but...

Jefferson: 2585 yds 21 TDs 8 INTs 59% completion
J Lee: 2070 yds 16 TDs 17 INTs 51% completion

just sayin...

j lee played all but 2 games the yr he started so . and jj stats are from this past season. so they damn near played the same length of time.

How many games is that for each and dont tell me its equal cause thats bullshite

What smitty said and Ill add this...Ok even if JL played less than JJ, why are his INTs over double?

3-4 sacks a game >>> 1-2 sacks a game + an INT

You're an idiot

Hatch started against Appalachian, North Texas, and Auburn
Jefferson played most of the game against Ole Miss, and started against Georgia Tech and Arkansas.

Dont give me that bullshite because you make yourself look like a complete dumbfrick

In games started, Lee averages 234 ypg (this includes the Ole Miss game, so if you dont count that game, this number goes up) Jefferson 180 ypg.

Throw in there the 2 INTs per game with 1 of them going for a TD...yea give me 180 yds in that case
