You're spot on.

I know the subject title says OF, but I'd rather Beau Jordan at DH right now over Romero. Although I understand that Romero has the higher ceiling and could explode any game now and turn into his last year RBI-machine self.

I would take the one with the higher batting average

Jordan batting 301 for the season
Breaux batting 188 for the season

?????

Way to bump this topic in order to prove your point two months later, which confused folks as though this is a new topic.

I'll take the one that can make contact with the baseball when there's a man on 3rd and zero or one out.

Exactly. Jordan has never 'cost' us anything being in the outfield. He's not a liability and his instincts put him into position to make catches his lack of speed might otherwise prohibit.

I sit right behind the Left fielder and am sad to see Beau's grass re-growing(he's a shuffler and kills the grass in his position). Want to see him getting to bat at least.

Hey Dickbutt. I'm not questioning CPM. This was a question and an LSU sports forum.

I can have my opinion. We(the LF fans) liked Beau out in Left Field. An-20 is better but Beau is better than Breaux.

No one is even noticing how old this is. Or acknowledging that LF isnt even up for grabs

I did. See above. I thought it was just a random question as for 2nd string/Designated Hitter.

I wasn't replying to you "dickbutt"

Kind of a necessary to press "reply" on someones post to make another isn't it?

True that. I'm just a dedicated fan who only knows about baseball from the stands. Definitely Armchair coaching when I say shite.

If the bases are loaded and pitcher is worried about snapping off curve balls - Bryce Adams is the answer.

Yep, still seems that few are grasping the age of the original post on this topic.

And as a LF field fan, you obviously should know that neither have been the first-choice LF for like 2 months now.
