Breaux seems like he's a lot more athletic so as long as he's hitting if keep playing him

People will shite on you but I agree. So much hype since they were 12 but both are disappointments. Imo they're the Trey Quinns of the team. Will make some plays but overall, just not good enough long term

Can we just not pump up these local kids as the next big hype? I understand pumping them up, but Trey Quinn was the next Wes Welker, best hands ever, and had an 80 inch vertical from one gif of a great catch. Jordans are the same way.

After yesterday's game, I would rather see more of Watson than either Breaux or Beau.

Watson is now the GOAT BC he got 2 hits in mop up time against relief pitchers who have given up close to 30 ER in 2 weekends? Ell could have gone 2-2 last night against those guys. He had the freaking backups playing in the 5th inning.

Also, check scubas stats. Allegedly Watson couldn't hit any of the LSU pitchers all spring and fall.

They had a lot of hype coming out of high school and were supposed to be these great hitters who would crush balls and they haven't really done that. They always swing at the breaking pitch in the dirt and I mean always. I like the guys a lot, they really are some great guys but they haven't panned out to be what they were supposed to be

Bryce Jordan in SEC games last year

.342 BA (2nd) <--- next closest is .322
.532 SLG (2nd) <--- next closest is .466
.490 OBP (1st) <--- next closest is .445
1.022 OPS (1st) <--- next closest is .999

Actually, they're turning out to be exactly what most knowledgeable people thought they would be. Good fielders, decent bats with a little pop, great clubhouse guys, give 100% all the time, nothing on the field will wow you. Every team needs one or two of these guys. I just think most, including PM, didn't expect them to have to play so much..

Breaux all day. The Jordan twin experiment should've ended middle of last year. How Beau sees the field in front of Watson and Adams is beyond me. He's just is not cut out for this level of baseball.

In the field, Watson is superior to both.

Pump the breaks a little. No need to shite on them. They have played their arse off and been solid enough. They will, and should, get a legit shot next season.

Beau had a shot this season. He performed terribly. And something tells me with Woley, Coomes, Temple, Adams, and Romero, his brother would have ended up in pinch hit duty eventually. They were great HS players, serviceable at LSU, but there will always be better athletes than them. Just cause you play one year doesn't mean anything. Alex Edward, Grant Dozar, Chris Sciambra all were great players who didn't play all 4 years because there were simply better athletes and hitters behind them. It's not a knock on them, just LSU gets really top of the line athletes, not just from south west Louisiana.

Yea Bryce is hurt but several posts have lumped them together as being worthless .

Beau will end up losing ABs if he doesn't hit. Breaux already has more PAs then him

Really?? I'm on the Breaux pain train right now. I'm not a massive fan of Jordan either, but this is stupid. You do realize we are just about to finish the second weekend of the season right? You either are dumb as hell, or just don't understand how baseball works.

Saying any batter, if they are hitting .100 right now, will continue to hit .100 throughout the season is like saying Deichman will continue on this HR pace and finish the season with +30 home runs.

Considering he finished last season 4-38 and didn't exactly light the cape on fire, hit below 200 in fall and below 250 in spring, and then starts the year 2-13, he's not exactly lighting it up.

And I promise you my knowledge of baseball is greater than that of some keyboard coach.

Breaux by far. Beau is trying to hit but would benefit greatly by the use of a TeeBall stand.

For his size I would expect a little more power from Beau.
