I don't think much will be said or any changes will be made until after national signing day. Not really sure how I feel about Ensminger at this point but definitely optimistic for the upcoming season.

I believe we could do better than E but O won't make a change before next season.

It certainly didn't help that the offensive line did not play that well last season. LSU was one of only 4 SEC schools who did not have at least one offensive lineman on Phil Steele's 3 deep All-SEC team. I used Steele's because the AP and Coaches only announced two teams.

I would almost bet that is first time that has happened. LSU will be better along the offensive line this season.

For the 816th time this offseason, E will be the OC. They may bring in some new blood, but if you’re expecting him to be demoted or fired, you’re mistaken

Wrong about what?
Our offense was garbage this year.

Here is some of your pre season ignorance....

quote:

The OL needs a few more studs but we have it coming. Orgeron has brought in transfers for every position we needed.

yep he at the very least has the ability to recognize the problems and proactively address them.

Posting about the oline
quote:

but at least we go 2 deep now with guys that have some talent. I'm just glad we have a coach who sees the trenches as being an issue that needed to be addressed in addition to our offense philosophical deficiencies.

quote:

but getting a couple of jucos in Troare and Lewis was huge. At least some of the backups seem to have some level of talent with guys like Troare, Deculous, Campbell, Savage, and Hines (figuring Magee starts at RT, if not switch Magee for Troare).

quote:

Eaux has loaded up on the lines and we have lots of options now it'll be fine

true first time in a long time the depth actually has some talent.

Along with an improved O-line and some quality backs!

Have you seen Coach O's recruiting over the last two years? These won't be a problem at all, he has us loaded with talent.

Good enough to beat them along with some top-tier coaching (which we have).

Here are some more of your really accurate predictions....

quote:

think the WR core comes through and will be a strength. ...

quote:

what you are saying is that you think there's a possibility we are going to line up in a I formation and
just pound the ball? That's not happening whether we've actually seen this offense in action yet or not

quote:

there are a lot of WR's on this team, so if it was some of the scrubs then no big deal, but if it was Giles, Jefferson, or Chase then we in trouble

quote:

It actually is a good thing coach O rebuilt the lines. He put a emphasis on it in the recruiting class and with JUCOs and transfers...

Youve been so right

Umm.. what? Recruiting has dropped significantly since 0 took over, Miles last few classes are by far better than 0s but now we’re loaded? Lmfao Hitler would be proud of the brainwashing that’s happened under this regime.

Yes, but hes got to develop a rushing game, improve RZ offense and be consistent or both him and O will be on the very hot seat

We will have legit RBs next year. Not as good as 2015, but I expect a better offense.

I doubt anyone said anything remotely like this. Four out of 5 starters had to be replaced on the offensive line.

I had convinced myself that the offensive line was going to be solid at the beginning of last season. Attrition along the offensive line started before the first game.

How could anybody have predicted that?

Certain clownish individuals here like to think they've done something by pointing this out. Like it's some huge gotcha.

I think that this offensive line is going to be head and shoulders above the line from last season.

One of you negas mark it down.
