All of these players coming forward just makes me believe even more that something went down before the BCSNCG ... I pray it comes out one day and the fans know the truth... it's obvious les will never have the balls for come forward and talk.

Many so-called "fans" on this board have insisted that its only negative fans and not players who were affected by the game.

Those are not really fans but pollyannas.

Will Blackwell is a Tiger who's given everything he had to this program.

Les Miles and the entire football team had a glorious, amazing season for the ages and undoubtedly the best team in LSU history. Miles was also deserving of his many COTY awards.

But please, bitches, do not be in denial of the mysteriously bizarre performance (including the coaching decisions) that we witnessed on January 9th.

Trying to figure out how these comments by blackwell are supposed to be something damning to les miles. The man is out flying place to place recruiting because signing day is coming up. You expect him to be in touch with every player right now? I know that you are one of those bash everything about les types but be realistic.

Or it cant be that with the way the season unfolded this is the first time the press is asking seniors if they have talked to the coaches since the last game? I mean I dont know what standard procedure is. I know that despite having a tough semifinal loss in the playoffs my high school coach who was close to all of us didnt have individual meetings or phone calls with departing seniors. I know this is "reliving the glory days" but it is the closest thing I have to relate to and it doesnt seem that odd to me. Les has reportedly met individually with all returning players. As much as it sucks that should be the most important thing thats the reality for big time football.

From someone that loves Miles, and has never bashed him, this is really well said.

I guess Les should fly to West Monroe to make sure Blackwell's little feelings aren't hurt

Miles has also been allowed to recruit twice as much as normal thanks to taking advantage of the rule regarding staff positions being open.

With Billy G's departure for the Illini OC job, he can fill his space & recruit even more on the road, in the home, & on campus.

So he's even busier than normal now that NSD is around the corner.

This is a bunch of horse-manure. I heard the Senior Bowl is crawling with Gumps, & it doesn't surprise me that all this discontent is coming out with folks pouring salt in the wounds down there.

Reading the article makes me think that the fans or the players really understand what happened in that game. If plays practice weren't used, then all the practice seemed useless.

Dude you took one part of the interview and convieniently left out the statements that balance it out. Way to keep things stirred up and push an agenda.

Peterson said he felt as though Les didn't give his team a chance to win.Kind of hard to argue that point.

As much as anything I'd say Bama didn't give us a chance to win. People sure are leaving out one of the most inspired and dominate defensive performances I've seen.
