Why hasn't LSU recruited Cole Kelley from Teurlings

The kid as done nothing but be succesful and rack up accolades within the state and Arkansas just inked a 5-star transfer. You'd think maybe they'd put a call in to try and see if they had a shot. LINK /

There just hasn't been a lot of success with the dual threat quarterbacks in recent years. Might want to take a shot on a kid that has proven he can play from the pocker.

I know Franks is listed as a dual threat on the recruiting sites...but he's really more of a pocket passer who happens to have some mobility, go watch his film, he has a cannon for an arm

would like to take both but you are only allowed so many schollys so you can't take them all. He is a good player but they like Franks more apparently. Besides a strong arm Franks adds another dimension in that he is also mobile and a good runner.

And this, folks, is why fricktards who don't actually follow recruiting shouldn't complain about the people who are or who are not recruited. Go actually watch some film on the kid and come back with the "dual threat" QB bullshite.

Take a look at the potential roster next year at QB & then think to yourself is getting Cole really that necessary? It's going to be a log jam there of without Kelley but the depth will be great to have.

Etling
The team will be fine there without getting Kelley. With Franks already on board the attention needs to continue to be on getting front 7 help.

They have looked at him, they are only taking 1 QB this class though because we got Etling being eligible next year as well. The idea is to sign 2 QBs in 2017, maybe only 1 now that Narcisse is headed to the paper Tigers.
