I heard they have some weird crap that they do with the yells.
If its anything like BAMA's PA guy yelling like an idiot, I could see that being an issue.

Wait, what? Explain this.

I'm an older fan. Trust me on this one... it will be A&M.
Younger fans don't really have much of an idea of exactly how good this series was in the 80's,(and earlier!) beyond last year's Cotton Bowl.
A&M and LSU go together like peas and carrots. You'll see.
You might not want to admit it right now... but it will bear out.
And LSU could do a lot worse than having A&M hate. It's really easy to be creative with your hate when you're dealing with a group as weird and slavishly devoted as A&M.

IMO every SECw team, plus Florida, are major rivals. Huge games every single year with lots of history and tradition. When was the last time we played one of those at home and did not sell out, or was not on TV?

Say what you will. Bama is the big red X on my calendar each year.

I've heard its like a cult out there and they're a weird group to deal with. I look forward to seeing them come on out to Tiger Stadium.

Ole Miss still treats LSU as a rival. You hear a lot more Ole Miss fans chanting go to hell LSU than you do LSU fans chanting go to hell Ole Miss. The games are almost always a lot closer than they should be. They even took our black bear for their mascot.

This dude is right:
LSU is LSU's rival.

for many on this board our rival is JJ, but about 365 days ago it was Miles or Crowton

Bama now but the history of the Auburn series is pretty impressive

The old timers would probably say Ole Miss though.
As an old-timer, I would say that before the SEC expansion to 12 teams, Ole Myth was our biggest rival. Since the expansion in 1992, it seems to me that Auburn has now become our biggest rival.
The renewed rivalry with Texas A&M will be interesting to watch. I can easily see this becoming our rivalry game.

Arkansas- A forced hate. Kind of like you picking on the nerd with your friends but you really don't have a problem with the guy. They just don't do it for me. Until we play that game consistently at night in Tiger Stadium this won't prevail
Arkansas has won three of the last four against us. In 2007, they almost cost us a shot at a national title. Last season, they cost us the Sugar Bowl. frick Arkansas. I hope we skulldrag them this year.
