How am I a pussy? All I said is that I wouldn't be surprised if Hill did it on purpose, but you nor I know if he did.

No, I was 14 and in the stands watching. Would have given my left nut to be in the dugout keeping the score book

Wow.

Gotta suck to be 30-something and still have the brain and maturity level of a 12 year old. Prayers sent.

Somebody needs to throw a bat into this thread.

Emotions. Plain and simple. He's a first rounder, who has enoughbat control to hit for the cycle twice in one year. Aaron hill has enough bat control to sling it towards a dugout, my friend.

What does hitting for the cycle twice have to do with loosing or not loosing a bat into the dugout?

Validates hand eye coordination for Aaron Hill. Enough to loosen his grip to lose a bat.

Are people really fighting over whether or not he did it on purpose? Want me to ask him?

I'm not arguing whether he tried to throw the bat or not,
Only his mind can tell you, and I don't care.

Him hitting for the cycle proves nothing on top of nothing about throwing a bat.
I saw a Houston game where Lance Berkman lost his bat three times in one game, probably not on purpose I wouldn't think.
How good of bat control did Berman have?

Did any of those times have Berkman's bat taking a perfectly lined path towards an opposing rival's dugout in an emotional postseason series where tempers had been flaring for the entire year?

It was intentional. He realized he f'd up immediately afterwards when he knew blue was gonna run him from the game.

I played a tad of ball myself and I'm calling BS on anyone telling me they can take a full cut at a baseball and know exactly when to release the bat so that it will fly into a dugout that the cant see.

Then you should know that no one who has been around the game is gonna hurl at bat full force in the direction of anyone whether you like them or not.

The only person who really knows is Aaron Hill.

But I did ask one of his teammates later that summer and he was adamant that it was not on purpose.
