He had shoulder surgery in the spring and is wearing a green jersey t stay out o contact during fall camp. That is all i know unless he tore it not playing football.

Rasco injured his shoulder in HS, played with the injury for 3 years in HS and last year with the Tigers. Following the spring game, he had minor surgery to repair the damage. The coaches are keeping the green jersey on him as long as they can.
They know what he can do and will unleash him when the season starts if not maybe a week or so sooner.
He is ready to "show the world"!!

All of this. Rasco is fine. Coaches just taking it slow with him. He and Mills had the same surgery the same week in spring. They are letting Mills go 100% because hes a DB and doesnt use his shoulder nearly as much in practice as Rasco would.
Rasco is 1 of the few guys on our D that doesnt need to prove anything to the coaches and his spot is not in danger of being taken by someone else. Rasco himself has even said that he will be in a green jersey all camp and that the coaches are using this as a precaution. Hes fine and will be starting game 1.
