Well it is better than another Les vs Saban, or Lee vs Jefferson thread. (Although my Jefferson vs Lee thread should be great as I give usable options)

Just found a new jambalaya recipe from John Folse that I'm dying to try out.
Always make gumbo on cold game days too.
I also make these kick arse burgers that will give you a myocardial infarction, but at least you'll die happy.

UNC menu: char grilled oysters, shrimp,steak.and chicken kabobs, burgers with sauteed shrimp, rouses green onion sausage, stuffed jalepenos with cream cheese sausage wrapped in bacon.

Well, the first tailgate will be at home as I can't foot the bill for the Atlanta trip at the moment...but I can taste the red means and rice already.

Yes, there's a big parking lot on the side of the GA dome. Have tailgated twice there so far and no problems so far
