re: Trolling Motor Issues... - jobbieman
The MKR-19 appears to be a definite improvement over the breaker that I currently have. I'll be swapping mine out next time I head to the camp. Thanks for the tip....

re: Power pole or talon for coastal marsh and barrier island fishing? - jobbieman
I purchased a 22' Nautic Star in 2011 and opted for the Talon because it could be raised manually using a socket and ratchet if it stuck in the down position or you lost power. This is correct, but mine stuck in the down position and it was because the cable jumped off of the sheave. I had to take...

Long story short also, but I was involved in a weird accident where a vehicle on the opposite side of I-12 entered the median and threw debts onto my windshield that made my vehicle where it could not be driven. re: Looking for information on Chesapeake Bay Retrievers - jobbieman
Thanks for all of the information. It is definitely good stuff and I will take it to heart should I choose to get a CBR. I was given a fiberglass canoe (Gheenoe) that was in really bad shape. Since then I have completely refurbished the boat and plan to use it with a trolling motor only.
