my jambalaya for the Auburn game is like 10-4. The 4 losses came when I couldn't get some decent sausage and had to use Hillshire Farms or some bullshite like that. Manda's is already in stock for Auburn week this year. Guaranteed win...Book It!!

I haven't been to an LSU game since Auburn in '07. Some guys next to us gave my brother and I some grilled tomatoes stuffed with crab meat, sliced mushrooms, minced onions & celery and other goodies. Topped off with parmesan cheese, butter and a cold beer. Holy shite was it good. This is making me hungry.

Depends on the game...how many people will be joining me.

Typically I'll grill some turducen sausage, some crawfish boudin. For bigger crowds/games, I'll do a Boston butt Friday evening/night...take it off the smoker, put it in an insulated chest and head to BR. It'll still be hot when I pull it for sandwiches.

Can't wait...

I'm dying for Cajun food. Good seafood ingredients out here can be hard to find.

I usually drop $600-800 at Whole Foods and just bring some quality foods to the tailgate.

This is the wrong post for me to be reading right now! I'm currently deployed near Russia and the food here is absolutely wretched. I can sure go for some serious jambalaya right now.
