If you understand that, you probably didn't graduate from college, and you are a fanboy trying to find a silver lining.

I'll dumb it down for you.

-The rest of the season is the most important part of the season.

-The "big plays" can only happen in the games to come, since they are the most important.

-Opinions are not FACT, therefore they're not finite, so to be disappointed in his WR's blocking would be too direct.

-He knows his WR's CAN make the big plays, and that's obviously all he wants them to do.

-Some players have been nicked (RR's broken pinky impacted his ability to block), and some are still learning the position (RS), but against Bama they will have Auburn under their belt (as a learning experience), and will be the healthiest they've been all season.

Good thoughts there and translation.

Two things come to mind:

1. Why can't he just say it like that?

2. If he's doing it on purpose just to frick with everyone, why doesn't he spend all the brain power that it took to come up with that little gem and instead turn that towards gameplanning our opponents and having an offense that doesn't stink?

Hes trying to think on the fly about how to answer a question without throwing anyone under the bus and at other times not give any tips to our upcoming opponents
He should spend less time trying to do this and more time gameplanning and fixing the offense, also recruiting key players like QB.
quote:

He doesnt give out gameplan issues.
He just said in a quote today that we are going to run Ridley 20+ times, we are going to play both QB's, and we are going to try to throw the ball and stay out of 'obvious' passing situations. He already gave the game plan away.
quote:

He doesnt give out injuries.
Everyone in the CFB world knows already that RR had a broken finger. It was announced worldwide. Everyone knows Pep has been out and may return this week. It has been announced. This isn't groundbreaking news. Lester is in his own world.
quote:

Hes said why in the past-he doesnt want any info for our opponents.
He worries way to much that somehow this public knowledge that is already known is going to help the opponent. He's an idiot for thinking this is so important.
quote:

And he has to put all this into vauge language on the spot.
Why not just be a straight shooter and speak to the fans, people will respect him a lot more.
quote:

So stop making a new thread every single time he says things in a very round about way.
This would be a daily occurrence then.
quote:

Its gotten old.
What's gotten old is the excuses people continue to make for this guy.

Park Forest was pretty good back in the 70s/80s not sure where to send you now.

Hey I went to Park Forest in the 70s also, and I understood Miles' quote also. Scools must have been better back then because there sure seems to be a lot of morons on here that can't read something and get the meaning out of it with out it being written on an elementary school level.

THIS! Why in the hell does a grown man need to make up 7 run on sentences to make a simple answer to a question? If that is what he meant, then why in the frick didn't he say that?

It's not like he's from Russia where there is some sort of language barrier that he is overcoming. If a damn player has a twisted ankle injusry, just say his ankle hurts and pain is the only thing keeping him from playing. DOn't go into the whole "well certainly there is a want to have the ability to decipher the necessary nerve ending which are focal around the lower exremities that may perceive to imply there is so discomfort to the point where he is able."

frickING SHUT UP AND JUST TALK LIKE A HUMAN BEING!
