I would peg it at 60% chance right now.

I think this team has a good chance to do some damage in league play and if need be to make a deep run in the SEC tourney.

What say you?

Lets not let one game cloud our predictions. I think odds are low, maybe 25-30%

15% now. If we hit the halfway point of SEC play at like 7-2 I'll bump it up to 50/50.

A miracle?

I'd be the first to admit that we aren't close to the dance right now. But the Vandy win really saved our season.

A 13-5 conference record is somewhat doable, and to do that we'd likely have to beat Kentucky once, Texas A&M once, and maybe wins over decent Ole Miss and Florida teams that could be dancing.

I lot will ride on that Oklahoma game. I don't think we'll win, because they're really good. But if we play them well we could prove our worth. Mix that with a solid conference season, and I think we can get in.

I'll put it at 55% as of now. If we would have lost to Vandy, it would be down around 25%. I don't think we'd be as up for the game tonight as we are if we had lost to Vandy.

20% chance that LSU makes the tournament this year.
100% chance CJJ returns and the melt on TD is epic
75% chance that LSU underachieves again next year

Its not good at all. They would need to go off in conference play. Maybe 10%?

Less than 50%. Need to have a really solid sec slate and not get blown out by OU.

We need to win tonight. We have the big games to get plenty of recognition from the nation and get some eyes on us with Kentucky and OU coming to BR.

If we win tonight that should help erase the damage we did to ourselves in the non-conference games.

I agree with 60% if we hold on to win this one. We have to do well in SEC play, we'll be off to a great start beating Vandy and Kentucky, and we have Simmons. People want to see him.
