Would that torpedo the rest of the season? I’ve got catastrophe syndrome.

I’d be more concerned with Tennessee, Ole Miss, Texas A&M and Arkansas

Wouldn’t torpedo the season, but would be a big letdown after all the excitement.

Yes. Headed to another train wreck with negative start to the season.

If we lose Sunday it will be because FSU was a better team that day. This team won’t lose because of lack of focus or preparedness imo.

If we lose we’re staring at 5-7 or 6-6 in the face

Depends on how we lose (if we lose.)

I do not consider LSU 2022 to be an overly talented team at most positions and we certainly are not a talent deep team. I just want us to play smart, basic football, and not lose the game on dumb mistakes/penalties.

That said, I think LSU wins by 7.

We are playing at a neutral site against a power-5 opponent while breaking in a brand new staff who had to plug a lot of holes with a lot of transfers. It’s not unreasonable to expect growing pains, especially at the beginning of the season. To me, this game is a toss up at best. I’d be more concerned, if the team is still trying to find itself towards the end of the season.
