I was out running errands and always listen to WFAN since it's an all sports radio station. Was hoping to catch some Mets news when they bring on Ryan Jones, some analyst who played at Univ of Texas.
Was laughing how bad Harris is when compared to some of the freshmen debuts this weekend. Went on to say that Harris is nuts thinking he is one of the conference's best qb's when there are high school qbs in Baton Rouge better. Can't help but feel for the kid.

Bull shite. Herman recruited him, and I guarantee Herman could have made the game easier for him and had him performing as a true freshman if needed.

Those jackasses in New York don't realize what sadly a part of our fan base is yet to realize... IT'S THE MILES SYSTEM, NOT THE QB!!!

Harris was a prolific prep QB. I'm not going to question the talent of a QB under this staff.

Did you watch Jimbo make in-game adjustments to make things easier for his struggling freshman? What was the result?

Exactly. Harris was accurate and confident in HS. He absolutely lit it up.

The coaches have ruined him, just like they ruined Lee.

Harris was inaccurate in high school too. Strong arm but no touch. How is that the coaches' fault?

It's not Harris people!!! Every single QB we have had looks exactly like he does! There's no coincidence that the only constant is miles.

At this point you have to lay the blame at the feet of Miles. LSU games have been unwatchable for several years, and if we didn't bleed Purple and Gold we wouldn't watch either

If, and I don't think it will happen now, Fisher was to get ahold of Harris for his Sr. year - what is the outcome?

Two words, Josh Booty - a head case with all-world natural ability - bippidi-boppidi-Fisher - he's a 1st team All-SEC QB.

What have they done to make it easier for him? What evidence is there that proves his progression under their tutelage?

And the many QB struggles before him?

Harris has been done zero favors with little-no development in his game since his freshman year, but at the end of the day, his short-mid accuracy is atrocious and hasn't really gotten better.

ESPN people have done film research and noticed that when he gets flustered or pressured, he makes poor decisions, throws off his back foot, and is high and wide.

I think he could be coached to this handle better, but apparently he's been going to George Whitfield (the QB guru) for 3 years and is still having issues, so idk what to make of it.

In game adjustment? Ok now u r just making shite up. Everyone knows u can't make any changes in actual game after all the hay is in barn. That would be pointless man. Lol

I did. It was a thing of beauty no doubt.

LSU tried to open it up a little bit. They let Harris throw into the flat to Dural a few times. That was successful I thought.

I mean shite. They ran curls, screens, post patterns, go routes. The only thing I dont remember seeing is a slant. What more do you want them to call before you understand that Harris just wasnt very accurate?

Before Harris, Jennings struggled as a sophomore. So really just that one year. Mettle, Lee, and even Jefferson were much better than Harris. Jennings might have been if given the chance.

So one other QB struggled as bad as Harris has to this point. One. And the things Harris has struggled with, short passes, is stuff you should be able to fix on your own.

Ever since Harris has been at LSU, every summer, he has been shipped off to QB camp, for 3 years this been going on Manning,Whitfield,etc,etc...at some point some of grief has to be placed at the feet of Harris... either he's incapable of dealing with the pressure or the college game is beyond his reach
