It's really too early to be this high. Speaking for myself, I never wanted it to "go away" in the sense that you mean, which is to have the whole thing brushed away regardless of the truth of the allegations. to insinuate such as if there were some contingent of fans on here saying that is just total horsehit. I wanted it to go away because it was an unfortunate incident involving a member of the LSU family at a time of year that would only disrupt the season. you make it sound like there is some huge Jefferson fanbase out here that has always felt that he was THIS close to being Peyton fricking Manning. There isn't. Even for those of us who felt that JJ gave LSU the best chance of winning didn't think he was GREAT, just better than our other options.

This is frustrating and the part I can't get over. I was quite disappointed with how BRPD handled this.
I hope JJ is cleared of this bullshite and is able to put this behind him, even though that sounds impossible.
As for playing time, I think Miles will stick with what has been working until it doesn't.
