No way we lose these two. USC is still USC and there's wayyy too much motivation to kick A&M's arse all over TS this year. Plus A&M couldn't beat us on their best day.

and maybe not one, if Harris is good enough to start over Jennings.
If the DA clears AJ and he can make a fog on a mirror, he is starting. I don't see why this is even debatable. Are you new to LSU football perhaps?

I can see why you'd say this based on our recent history of QB's but for some reason, i don't CLM stands idly by watching any one guy stink it up at QB. I truly believe that Harris' knowledge of the system last year was so inferior to AJ that Miles had his situation permapegged as choiceless.

ALL the SEC Defenses say hello. I think that your enthusiasm and hope maybe lowered come November.

Unfortunately, the running game and passing game are related. If we get terrible QB play, defenses will recognize that, stack the box, and should be able to limit our rushing effectiveness.

We need a legitimate passing game to keep our running game effective.

You may want to add Ole Miss at Oxford to that list. Of our 8 conference games, there is not one that I can look at and say its a lock. Not necessarily a knock on LSU, but we have difficult cross over games and a very good division.

They beat us 52-0 in 1899. Never forget.

9-3 is my guess. 6-6 to 12-0 wouldn't surprise me.

I'm with the "I don't give a rats arse who the QB is so long as we win" camp.

Taking off my purple and gold glasses, the west is too competitive. I think 10-2 would be great and could win the division.
What with everything the Program has going for it, (Coaching, Facilties, Academic Support to keep players eligible, Fan Support, etc......) 10-2 is the absolute minimum acceptable standard.

Something is seriously dysfunctional somewhere if this team ever falls below the 10-2 mark.

8-5 is unacceptable and shows that there's a dysfunctional virus imbedded in there somewhere.

It has to be corrected this season.

That being said, until BH transforms into Jameis Jr. and we find a Passing Game, the team is looking at another 8-4 or 9-3.

Doesn't matter how many great RB's we have. In the SEC, if you can't positively matriculate the pigskin down the field in a forward motion through the air, you will not be winning Championships of any kind. (Divisional, Conference or National)..............
