re: Using bleach while pressure washing - mallardhank
Apply the bleach using a sprayer that attaches to a garden hose. Those have adjustments that regulate how much of the bleach is sucked up by the water passing thru the spray head. I believe the original use of those is to spray weed killer or fertilizer. ...

re: 10 22 Target or Accesorize - mallardhank
I bought a Ruger 1022, model 1237. It's an Acu Sport special order, they call it, I believe, a Sporter. Has a heavier barrel but not as large as a target. I changed out the trigger with the kit from Kidd. It will stay on that 50 yard dime all day. ...

re: R.I.P. Pat Conroy - mallardhank
I also have a copy of The Great Santini, and knew him as we went to the same church in Atlanta. His name was Don. Gave me a copy of the book and signed it. He was Marine 1000%. Always very gentlemanly at church parties and the ladies loved him. A large man that you would not want to cross. A w...

re: UConn building dorm for black men only. - mallardhank
This will be as successful in bringing the marginal students up to par as the mindset that insists that black elementary and high school students be taught by subpar black teachers that graduated from excuses of black colleges. They can't read and write so how the hell can they teach it. The out o...

re: What is THE Best BBQ Joint You Have Ever Been To? - mallardhank
Old Hickory House in Tucker, Ga. Last store of the small family chain still open. Best Brunswick stew anywhere. That place in Pearland is nothing to sneeze at. Auburn Rib Shack, closed eons ago, downtown Atlanta. Great place on Saint Simons Island. Wish I could remember the name, was on a ...

re: Sako A7 - mallardhank
Thanks for the responses. The Sako 85 in Atlanta is $1800.00, so I don't want one that bad. I'll shop around for the A7 a little longer-nows a good time of year to shop for deals on deer guns. Now and again I get lucky and chance upon a great deal - you gotta jump when the gettings good....

re: Modern day Civil War: Hypothetical. - mallardhank
There's more folks up north that feel and think the same way we do than you would believe. Factor in the military and it would be over faster than you could imagine. re: Tiger Stadium Dorms - mallardhank
Lived in North for one year, starting in fall of 1967. Took time to get used to open showers and toilets with low partitions between. Two to a room, lived on third floor. Had a shotgun and 22 target pistol in room, hall proctors and campus police just said keep in cases and don't screw around. ...
