Did Ryan Perriloux change our offensive philosophy?

I really wish people would quit making that comparison. RP>>>>>>>>>>>>>JJ (as a QB). As an individual outside of football, I will reserve judgement until after the trial. JJ never impressed me as being someone I would want on my team (insert pouting and cluelessness about his poor play), but never came across as someone with the potential for criminal behavior either.

A lot if people have done criminal behavior that you wouldnt think were criminals. Perjaps even you.

Im still trying to think about what 4-5the games lee outperformed JJ. Now i dont think he had a lot of chances to do that. I also dont think JJ will get that many chances unless lee totally regresses. But i want JJ starting if lee isnt fit to go at some point.

its not that they are equivalent talents. No one said that. Gosh Leetards are idiots. Its that they will have a similar change of pace role. No one is expecting Ryan Perriloux from the 2007 SEC championship. They are expecting Ryan Perriloux from the 2007 Va Tech game. Come in for 5-6 plays 3 or 4 runs 1-2 passes off set up off that. The passes that Perriloux ran werent diffucult reads they were wide open because they were set up with his runs. Same kind of stuff for JJ

What? Where did he say this? I'm referring to the "play in every game" part.

"Right now, Jarrett Lee's our starting quarterback," Miles said. "And what we would want to do is obviously add to that skill set. There will be an opportunity just like a year ago when Lee played in every game (behind Jefferson). There will then be an opportunity that Jordan Jefferson would play in every game as well. I think if he continues to do the things that he's always done that he would get onto the field. I don't think there's any question there."

Okay then. You answer the question that the OP has avoided.

What are the 4-5 games Lee totally outperformed Jefferson?

Tennessee is the really the only game that Lee completely outplayed JJ. Florida was a combined effort, and while Lee had a HUGE play against Bama that was 75% JJ that day.

I think the problem is that JJ had turnovers and bad play in almost EVERY game, and if they remember Lee having even 1 or 2 good snaps in those games, they equate that "OMG, Lee was awesome and should have played all game"

to be clear, i dont want that to happen, at all, Lee should be the clear and obvious starter and im not even sure JJ should be number 2, but it seems like thats where this is headed.
