That's actually really interesting, looks at almost every angle. Only other big variable is coaching and we hit a Home run on D so that makes it look even better. I really believe this season will be won and lost on one point this year, the amount that Les and Co will adapt the offense to Harris and the rest of the talent on offense

Tennessee at 12, Georgia at 29, Texas A&M at 67, Arkansas at 73, everyone else at 81 or worse

No excuses for not winning at least 11 games next year, none

Deeper into the details with Harris would not just be completing the short to intermediate passing routes. His ability to read-run can be equally as crucial as the highly criticized passing game.

He needs to improve, decisively, when to run when the receivers are covered and also to keep the ball and run or hand-off to the running back when reading the defense.

Marginal improvement in both areas could significantly improve the offense's ability to stay on the field, get first downs, and eventually score.

Both sides of the ball need to improve. I think the defense is covered with Aranda. The offense needs to show improvement, and not just LF running over the mediocre teams on the schedule. Legit improvement in the scheme.

If there is no improvement, or it's just the same old conservative shite, LSU won't be winning the West. If LSU doesn't win the West, Miles is out and LSU is teetering on the edge of the slippery slope that is a coaching change.

That's true, ive watched parts of the games over this year and there were ALOT of times that Cams plays worked perfectly, got a WR or TE open 8-20 yards downfield and Harris flat missed them. Those are first downs not made, loss of T.O.P., more of LF punishing defenses, less rest for our D, ultimately it's Ws and Ls, Harris has to hit open WRs, even thou I don't think Cams been a great OC here, he can't throw the passes for Harris, Harris has to hit open WRs, the injury could have had something to do with that thou

33 pts per game last year. Not too bad. A much improved defense can create more scoring opportunities. Why not let LF run over people?

LSU scored fewer than 20 point 4 times this season, and three of them were against the only good defenses they faced all season.

I get Harris was hurt, that doesn't take away from the fact that the scheme needs to improve. Miles strategy of "We are going to line up and beat you by doing what we do" no longer works against the better defenses in the SEC.

Won't need one. All of this experience coming back, plus we play them at home = Victory!

I look for game to slow down for Harris with improvement on audibles, keys, and RPOs by Sept.
I'm a bit more concerned with busted assign from new DC scheme. Thankful Beckwith stayed.

Funny how you use the last 4 games, but conveniently leave out the one where we scored 56. Wasn't saying we could score less than 20 points and win our toughest games, but 33 points per game isn't as bad as you guys make it out to be. Always trying to turn a positive football thread negative.
