Nor does abandoning your strength and/or not recognizing your weakness.

With that said, what's it going to take for you not to be a c*nt 24/7, 365 for how ever many years you've been on this Earth? You're just a plastic weighted down douche with no possibility of coming up for a breath of fresh air.

Actually I believe in a balanced offense 50/50 pass/run. I also believe in not tipping your hand to what plays and side of the field you are running to. LSU's running and passing game are both predictable, and that's why I say stupid, moron, run plays.

Agree here.

Texas Tech has a GREAT passing game. What did it get them?

Your response makes zero sense to what I brought up. Tech doesn't have 4 star QBs and 4 and 5 star WRs coming out the arse hole. They don't have 4 and 5 star RBs coming out the arse hole. They don't have an OC that was paid 1.3 and 1.5 million for some of the worst passing in Miles' tenure. They don't have loaded 4 star OL at every position.

Why are we so predictable on offense? Why with gobs more talent than maybe 5 or so teams do we struggle constantly to pass even vs mediocre teams? You didn't even respond to the FACT that it is extremely hard for us to score 20 points vs our own divisional opponents unless they have an utterly terrible defense. Why we are 3rd, 5th, and 4th in the West the last 3 years?

What the hell does saying "Well Texas Tech had a passing game, and that did nothing", have ANYTHING to do with LSU?

Like they say, you're only as string as your weakest link. Why not focus on your weakness more and make that a strength?

You probably don't know this, but we had interest in Pat Mahomes, but never offered. In his first 3 starts as a true freshman (he had to play the last 3 games because of the injured starter), he had 1319 pass yards 14 TDs and 2 ints. Doesn't matter what defenses he played. Did you see Harris vs Syracuse, Eastern Michigan, Arkansas (who had a pretty bad secondary) this year, or even Auburn last year? Pathetic in comparison.

So it's not the difference of competition, it's the difference in play calling, philosophy QB evaluation, and QB coaching. Cam has never built a QB from the ground up. He's taken successful college QBs and tweaked them just enough. Don't give me Randle El who was a pretty poor passer in under Cam. His recruiting is pretty poor as well. His offense is old and stale and needs to be revamped or he needs to hit the books.

We should have grabbed a spread OC this year. Power running games are very successful in spread offenses throughout the country. What Clemson, Ohio St, Houston, and Oklahoma run should be something LSU mimics.

Ya know, I didn't think it was possible for someone to act like a total douche bag every single moment of their life but I think I've found that guy. Congrats! You must be a riot to hang out with and most certainly are the life of the party.

Get ready to be bombarded by the hysterical crowd whose main emphasis in life is ignoring the thread topic to scream about their failed dreams.

Yea take the ball away from your best player and throw it all over the lot just please you?

How did that best running back in the country run against 8-9 guys in the box?...jesus youre too bright... you know LF can catch the ball right?... how about a screen or something out in the flats to him?.. not curious as to what he can do vs a CB? when he absolutely destroys LB's and SS's...

Stay in your cesspools. You stink up the thread.

Gray: ad hominem attacks on people who disagree with you? That's not good.

Reminds me of the old adage, which goes something like "if you can't argue the facts, attack the messenger."

Considering all the hot and screen accuracy problems, he was still #3 ypg on team, so not sure what you're on about.

So your "facts" are?

Look at the title of the thread.

Does or does not LSU return the most experience in the nation?

Simple?

Yes or no?

No inane tangents on the passing game. No hysterical rants about the coaching staff. No blathering about the offense. No preaching about how badly LSU has ruined your dreams. Debate the proposition: We return the most experience in the nation.

Yes or no.

Get back to me.

He has us a combined total of 9.4 points (+5 on O, -4.4 on D) per game better than last year based on percentage of returning production.

OK. Add 5 to our score in every game last year and subtract 4.4 from the opponent. What's our record?

LSU 26, Miss. St. 14.6--W
LSU 50, Auburn 16.6--W
LSU 39, Syracuse 19.6--W
LSU 49, E. Michigan 17.6--W
LSU 50, South Carolina 19.6--W
LSU 40, Florida 23.6--W
LSU 53, W. Kentucky 15.6--W
LSU 21, Alabama 25.6--L
LSU 19, Arkansas 26.6--L
LSU 22, Ole Miss 33.6--L
LSU 24, Texas A&M 2.6--W
LSU 61, Texas Tech 22.6--W

So, in theory, even if we had had next year's team this year, we still would have finished with the same three losses in a row and the same final 9-3 record.

This, plus Aranda, plus Fournette, makes me have really unrealistic expectations next year.

I really need to find a way to temper them.

I like the rant but the OP's link did suggest we would score more this year, hence the debate.
