Look man, whatever number of plays you can come up with is fine. But you are trying to say the crowd booed the entire second half and that's just not true. There may have been a few more plays with scattered boos and grumblings but the crowd as a whole only booed on a few plays

OSU fans booing for a few seconds =/= LSU fans booing the team for an entire half.

People need to stop with giving "examples" of how everyone does it. No one boos a 4-0 team. That's the whole fricking reason we get called out on national TV and not other fan bases.

Again...not true. As I said earlier, I'm not a fan of the booing, but Florida fans booed Chris Leak loudly as they were putting away their 4th W against Kentucky in 2006. And again, they won the NC that year.

It is true that it doesn't make it sensible just because other fans do it...but it's untrue that LSU's situation is really unique.

which, btw, should piss the "real" LSU fans a LOT more than the fans booing.

How about the people announcing your game throwing your head coach/QB under the national bus hmmm?

is that a large part of season tickets were scooped up by bandwagon fans and other organzitations when things started getting hot. That and the entire lower west is past retirement age and goes becuase that is all they have ever done. WE need those that want and can be there to be there...if you get those types.... they'll represent...

Yep. I also think that the Cluster Jam that is Traffic off of campus plays a large part in the mass exodus. But, Why even come to the event if you are so hell bent on leaving in the first place? I mean really, leaving with 18 minutes left on the clock?

It is sad.

The crybaby boo birds don't give a shite about the image of LSU or the storied tradition of Tiger Stadium.

They hate our coach (who is the most successful in LSU history) because they think he is a dumbass.

They will boo, even if it hurts our own team and helps our opponent.

We have a fragile offense already. And we will have impressionable young LSU recruits on the sidelines. We need to cheer on our Tigers, make Tiger Stadium rock, and lift our players' spirits, not tell them they and/or our coaches suck.

How in the world can boos from LSU fans help our Tigers succeed?

Those who boo in Tiger Stadium are not LSU fans. They are selfish, whining, crybabies.

Come on, you real Tiger fans, let's just drown out these immature imbesiles with L-S-U cheers.

I have no interest in trying to reason with them any further.

They are the dumbasses. Not our coach.

I'd rather cheer for the Tigers and try to help our coaches lead us to another championship.

And, I think that is a real possibility this year, but only if we fans take care of our Tiger Stadium responsibilities.

I am gonna do my part.

They come to the game to sober up from tailgating all day long.

I don't buy this for a second. From what I can tell talking to fans of other programs, Les Miles is generally considered an idiot. I think LSU fans have gained stature for the booing.

Holy shite. I FINALLY agree with Rex on something.

LSUdm21: Sorry son, you are full of ignorance. LSU fans are not in any way a laughing stock, nor has any harm been done to the mystique of Tiger Stadium...maybe harm has done to your own little pussy, but certainly not to any national perceptions. Please provide proof of your assertion. I want links and quotes (besides those of Les Miles and Jordan Jefferson).....You can't do it, can you? Didn't think so, son.....

LSU offense had better be able to at least wipe their own assholes this Saturday, or there will be more of the same, I am afraid.......

"We are the laughing stock of the college football world"

Yes, our passing offense is.

"We might the only fans in the history of football to boo their UNDEFEATED team when they're winning a game"

Personally, I don't Boo, but the ones that do are totally frustrated and just getting practice in for what's around the corner. People see that god awful passing offense and know that the Tigers will need to pass for more than 100 yards to win against the Big Boys. All the SEC teams coming up after the Tennessee game will stack the line, shut the run game down and double dare us to pass. Game over. Everybody knows that and is just preparing for the future.

We haven't seen anything from Brooks to give us any glimmer of hope, nor any indication from Haslett that he'll try Jake if Aaron stinks it up again.

My god, if UAB can hit UT for 429 passing yards, we should be able to have some degree of success through the air against them. Will the "Passing Game" magically appear this week against the Vols? ............

Yeah, 4-0, 10th ranked, rushing for 190 yds a game, being NR #2 in punt returns, #17 in K/O returns, and #1 in D in the SEC while starting the season with 4 BCS team 2 of which were N/R has me "totally frustrated" too.

Booing your our is BS and jerk like behavior, but keep trying to to excuse it cause booing needs "sunshine pumpers" too.

The national image is accurate. Restoring class(or, perhaps acquiring class, since "restoring" assumes that it was once there) has to come before restoring image.

And funniest of all is the fact that you probably have no clue that you are doing right now in this thread exactly what you bitch about other people doing. You are badmouthing LSU just as surely as someone who boos the coaches or the players, only you are too stupid even to realize it. Bitch on, by all means. Make yourself and LSU look better by constantly whining about the fans.
