We, as fans, need to restore our national image this Saturday....

It has to happen. We are the laughing stock of the college football world. We might the only fans in the history of football to boo their UNDEFEATED team when they're winning a game. The national shows are making fun of us to no end. I'm begging you, as a fan, please help restore the image of LSU this weekend.

Good luck with all of that. The main issue (as my limited brain sees it) is that a large part of season tickets were scooped up by bandwagon fans and other organzitations when things started getting hot. That and the entire lower west is past retirement age and goes becuase that is all they have ever done. WE need those that want and can be there to be there...if you get those types.... they'll represent...sorry if I have offended any group or class.

Who gives a shite if people boo. I don't get all the uproar. I have season tickets and if people are paying the money for the tickets and everything else if they want to boo, it doesn't bother me. Now I am not a fan of booing college kids, and I dont, but if others want to it does not affect me.

Very true. I sat in the lower West two years ago and was miserable. Nothing but blue hairs and high school kids that got their tickets from daddy's work. No one was in to the game at all.

I don't buy this for a second. From what I can tell talking to fans of other programs, Les Miles is generally considered an idiot. I think LSU fans have gained stature for the booing.

Last time I checked they've put enough on the board to win games. That's all that matters right now. It's not like we booed a team that was 0-3 and not ranked. Our fans booed a top 15, undefeated team AT HOME when they were winning.

uh huh. And how much of that are the kids getting paid? They bust their butts for the school - they generate millions of dollars for LSU.
If you can't see why booing a college team is wrong, you either didn't go to LSU - or you have absolutely no class.

if you do, get the coon asses back in the seats. We have these fans now that are there to socialize and not to roar for the tigers. These fans have been priced out of the seats, so they cannot buy tickets any longer. When I went as a kid, I looked forward to sitting next to the coon asses. These guys bleed purple and gold.
