If Campbell comes to the BR regional, I'm greeting them at the airport.

Anyone have an update on the Rice game?

I don't think they give the final two top 8 seeds to two big 12 teams. They only get one.
spot 7 goes to Big 12
Spot 8 goes to LSU/Ole Miss/Rice

Rice won 7-5 and advance to the title game vs USM/UTSA.

You had 7-3, 8-2 with a win my math is different, 3 tourney wins+ 3 auburn wins, 1 northwestern state win, 1-1 Alabama record, that's nine games, so we at worst are 8-2, 9-1 with a win, vcomoletely getting the aTm crap out if the last 10

Yep I have a feeling Mercer will take it on the chin Monday.

No they are not. I think the Big West will probably get a bubble team like UCSB in though.

Yeah I think Fullerton will be in as well even though they have more of a case then UCSB.

You'll want to root for OSU to beat TCU tomorrow. Will drop Cal Poly down to #17 in RPI. No one is bold enough to give an 8 seed to their credentials.

The worst committee I've ever seen was 2009. Pretty sure it was a big 12 guy because I remember their 9th place team getting in. They put Irvine as a national seed with an 18 RPI which wasnt really as big of a gripe as a lot of other things they did.
They did go on to kind of screw Irvine by putting them in that regional of death with Strasburg and Fresno and UVA.

Just means they really didnt have to take 2 out of 3 against us lol.
I'm glad UCLA didnt reach .500 cuz who knows there.
Indiana State has a good RPI but going 2 and q in their stadium in an "average" Valley would usually make you sweat. Probably not the case here.
North Carolina is probably safely in but I'm sure they got some assistance by Mr. Gallo.

I still think 2007 was worse. Although Texas not getting a National Seed in 2005 still doesn't make sense. (They had #4 RPI, finished 56-16, SOS 17)
2007 National Seeds
1. Vanderbilt (RPI #2, SOS 43)
2. Rice (RPI #1, SOS 19)
3. UNC (RPI 4, SOS 58)
4. Texas (RPI #3, SOS 6)
5. Arizona State (RPI #5, SOS 10)
6. Florida State (RPI #8, SOS 68)
7. Arkansas (RPI #15, SOS 41)
8. San Diego (RPI #20, SOS 22)
