So who would get the national seed if Ole Miss doesnt win today and LSU doesnt win the SECt?

You said no to Miami and TCU. There would still be 2 spots open.

I think Miami and TCU can both get a top 8 seed

first Miami won the ACC by 2 games, their tourney hurt them but they are all 11-4 in their last 15. Those losses def hurt but they could get top 8 on alone.

TCU could win the big 12 tourney that would easily lead to them having a top 8 seed.

Now I think if LSU wins the SECt or Ole Miss than the winner takes Miami's spot, but if as you said Ole Miss losses today and Us tomorrow both will host but no top 8.

So if we win the Tourny in 4 games...we get to be #8 National seed?

it is single elimination from here on out so can only win it in 4. WE may need some help to get a top 8 but we would def be in the discussion. If we beat Ole Miss and Florida we are top 8

Jimmie and Charlie were just saying USC and vandy will both be on edge the next few days as they're both in jeopardy of not even hosting a regional. One of them will get one IMO (possibly both, but most likely only one), and it'll probably be USCe. Many scoffed yesterday at the notion of USC being in some trouble.

It's a razor thin margin between teams 7-18ish this year. Just as LSU can go from bubble regional host to potential national seed, USC and vandy have gone from potential national seed to one of the Last-In for a regional host.

Big chance for RPI bump

Northwestern State now plays SELU, two more times.

12 through 14 are so close that we could change spots 10 times before the day is over and we don't even play

i think they only play twice if nwst wins the first. and i dont think that would affect our rpi that much. playing each other sort of cancels each other out. Although i guess we played nwst twice.

No, unless we played teams that they played. But even then, it is minimal cause FSU is a lock

just a little. not much though. LSU's resume would get a shot in the arm if Mississippi State climbed into the top 25 rpi. They're 30 right now, Maryland is 25.

I'm pulling for Moo State to make it out of their bracket. That should get them in the rpi top 25.

Acc bracket is confusing as shite

Clemson beats GT they are in the title game.

GT must win and have Duke lose to Miami

Duke win and GT win then Duke advances on a 3 way tiebreaker(conf record)

Pool 2(assuming Maryland holds on to beat FSU)

Maryland to the title game with a win against UNC OR a UVA win against UNC

UNC must beat Maryland and UVA

Does this mean LSU is still not even a lock for a regional with 2 wins in the Tourney? Have to win the tourney just to get a regional? Am I understanding this right?

I agree that the ULL stadium is too small for a big tournament, but let's play someone other than LSU. I'm not in the mood for yet another intra-state shite fight.
