To those saying we will decline without Les

We are already in a decline with Les. This team is vastly underperforming compared to the amount of talent on it. I am confident that literally any average to above average coach would do better with this roster than Les. You might say that Les is an excellent recruter but that is literally the only thing he has ever been elite at. If we get just an average coach who is a least decent at recruting then I don't see how a decline is remotely realistic.
Also to the people saying "be careful what you wish for" that saying goes both ways. "Be careful in wishing Les stays."

The guy just rebuilt his staff on one side of the ball, that staff didn't get a full year in yet and had the #1 class in the country.
They deserved one more year-with Cam gone, Promote Frank and hire a QB coach.

People are acting like Les has been horrible for awhile, we're 2 seasons removed from 10 wins and if we win the next 2 this could have been a 10 win season.
You know a season where people predicted LSU would be a 3/4 loss team before the season.
Les hasn't been in this "one more season" club crap, now people are just to the point they make shite up to fit their agenda.

People have been giving Les another year since 2009. And outside of 2011(which he screwed up)he has done nothing to show that he is improving and we've gotten worse. We used to just play down to division 2 teams and cupcakes. But now after we play Bama, we play down to two rivals in back to back games. When will he finally use that extra year to improve the team. How many years will he get afforded before enough is enough? Did we have to struggle to make bowl games before it sunk in that he didn't have it anymore? We've been in the decline since 1/9/12 and it would've only gotten worse. Heck, we have lost back to back blowouts to ARKANSAS. The decline is real and has been for quite some time.
