1. A team that is prepared to play every single game
2. QB development
3. A disciplined team that doesn't commit stupid penalties every single game
4.An offense that is not woefully predictable
5.For us to not give up on the rest of the season all because we lost to Bama

He's never gonna change. Then the same pumpers will blame the players for our 7/8 win season and cry over and over again about how Les needs another year. I guess some won't see him as a problem til it's 2019 and we are 5-6 heading into our game with A&M. ...
