rb...you really seem to have issues with our coaches. Is this from personal experience from someone related to you not having a good experience with our coaches????

not really, but I am not blind.
I think Miles is very "controlling".

some people here want to paint him as a GOD and point out that he was being classy, etc ..like at the Ole Miss game, I saw his plays as embarrassment to the other coach...

I see Miles as a very well paid employee, nothing more, nothing less.He is doing a good job now, he has made some horrible decisions before.

Saw a press conference where the coach admitted that they had game planned against him. They know when he blitzes to hit the hot read, and to not throw the ball to his side. He has the ability to jump up and knock it down. I wonder if they start keying on Brooks, a little.

If you are worried about ole miss and Houston nutt's feelings then something is wrong with you.

you see, you prove my point.
I point out as fact, as I see it..
I am not emotional over it.
you are.

I saw it as a possible move to embarrass the other coach...that does not mean that I lose any sleep over it.

no need to jump to extremes...I do not recognize your version of what I said.
it does not work with me.

I believe that a player has to play within the sys...having said that, a coach should put players to play to the best of their abilities and it is a very fine line.
...time will tell on this one.

How do YOU know that what TM7 is doing IS part of the system? He's they exact type of player that you give some free reign too. You never try to hold back a playmaker.

Mathieu has been solid in coverage and, as mentioned by others, is playing more corner. Against WKU, he tipped the pass that Jones intercepted. He won't get credit for making the play but contributed to it happening.

This is not the definition of a fact, that would be an opinion.

He was kind of banged on on this board for not showing up in the Bama game too. However, after watching the replay he was wreaking havoc all over the place. He turned Richardson inside and up the back of his own linemen so many times it was just silly. Not to mention he altered about 5 passes by coming off the edge and jumping up to block the sight-line of the QB. Just because he doesn't have a ff for a TD or a pick every game doesn't mean he's just out there cashing it in.

Is he getting fatigued? Or did teams figure him out? Or is miles not using him the same? He hasn't been making the "game changing" plays these past few games.... Thoughts?

Victim of his own success. He made enough plays in a year and half to fill a great career's worth of highlights.

Now he he's playing well but not putting up other worldly numbers and everyone wants to know whats wrong.

he made 5 or 6 once in a career type plays in a handful of games. He's played well just the law of averages brings him down. He'll continue to excel.

he definitely got beaten in coverage a few times in that game. and then there's the arky video from last year.

even if he isn't claiborne, he's still a really great athlete who will make plays. he might be beaten in one on one coverage but, he usually makes a play somewhere else to make up for it.

He's playing more CB instead of Nickel. Know who's playing Nickel? Ron Brooks. I think I've heard his name a few times lately....

This is either an indictment where we thought Simon's CB ability was or TM7 is just that good.

Hahahhahaha this is laughable. Burned out? You just not watching him. He is making plays, brilliant plays even, just not the kind that make the sportscenter top 10.

Did you see his spin move to get around a blocker and tackle the ball carrier against Western Kentucky?

Thank you. Just because he can force fumbled doesn't mean he can't cover. The rant kills me with this.

Why do so many fans believe you need to have your cornerbacks always in the spotlight?

That couldn't be more wrong.
