What about Aranda has impressed you?

Aranda is the only reason we even had a shot at the end of the game. If they get into the endzone even ONCE the game would have been over. His defense is the only reason that the score wasn't 30-13...or worse.

Aranda's defense isn't spotless in this either. Yes, we had stands, but we also gave up plenty of big passing plays, something that has occurred all season. Some of the Time of Possession issues are that the defense can't get off the field on 3rd and long, too many times.

I'm on board with giving the guy time to implement his system, but it's not like he's lighting the world on fire.

The fact that we've given up less than 20 points in every game this season while transitioning from a 4-3 to a 3-4 on top of having ZERO help from the offense has impressed the shite out of me for sure

Aranda isn't exactly setting the world on fire as a DC. If he was his name would be everywhere as a head coaching candidate. He has tons of hype and lots of talent that isn't exactly shutting teams down.

Orgeron is a great recruiter but is always a season away from shopping a new team. LSU fans constantly think our staff is better than it is.

Get a grip. The only reason the score wasn't 30-13 was Auburn also sucks.

The Whole Staff Must Be Replaced, the secretaries fired, the grounds crew transferred to BREC golf courses, the equipment team assigned to CATS garage, the student managers sent to Southern, the football operations building razed, the outdoor practice field salted and the indoor practice field turned over to the vet school as a doggie neutering hospital..

Is that enough for you?

Shut the frick up. You have absolutely no idea what the frick you're talking about. There should be an IQ test that comes with registering on this website so sub-70 motherfrickers like you wouldn't be able to post. You clearly lack basic critical thinking skills. Go frick yourself.

I said maybe keep O. What about Aranda has impressed you? I can't think of anything. Steel out coached him last night. Look at Chavis and aTm...they look like we used to look.
Well, first 4 games with a new scheme, His defense held 3 of 4 opponents under 20. (Check last season to see how many times that was done)

Its hard on the defense when your offense really sucks. For his first year I've liked what I've seen so far. Defense hasn't last us a game yet.

I'm still up in the air on Arranda, because we all thought Steele was shite last year, then goes to Auburn (with IMO less talent than us) and holds Clemson in check and then keeps us at 13 points...I think the bigger problem is our inept offense, that's what is making our defense look suspect

Moffitt is a big part of the problem. Training kids like it is 1988.

if you don't think we need to keep our entire defense staff you are nuts.

those 3 are as good as it gets.

Keep Aranda and O, if you can.

Get rid of everyone else.

That included Craig and Raymond. WRs are horrible and DBs have regressed. Only thing that looks good is the DL and LBs.

Yea, they gave up that touchdown, right?

1 touchdown in 4 games with very little help from the offense.

Your whole post is discredited by this one statement.

After Miles and Cameron, Grimes should be the next one gone.

Because of the particulars of recruiting Louisiana and its vast importance to LSU...

An incoming coach would be stupid to not attempt to retain Orgeron and Juluke. With Orgeron being a great coach as well...yeah thats just not smart to not keep them. They havent been here long enough to be part of the problem.

Assuming we are going to hire an offensive minded coach it would also be dumb to run off Aranda. That guy has only been here for 4 games and would be at the top of most guys lists for DC hires anyway.
