What's actually just sad is having to litter the board with negative bull shite after a conference win in a place that is very hard to win at, regardless of circumstances.

You obviously aren't very happy about the win if all you can do is harp on the negative things the team did .

A win is a win but I think many fans see the product on the field and regardless of the outcome are just downright exhausted with the coaching staff and their quirky ways and unwillingness to change. This crap worked against a bad Florida team but it won't work against the better teams in conference (as we've already seen). I for one am glad that more people are not simply "accepting" the win for a win but realizing that the product is still bad.

There's another reason besides traffic and hd tv's that the stadium is half full at halftime.

I'm not sure about "major" improvements.... And most of it is because the coaching staff made adjustments. Beckwkth at MLB over Welter, Pocic at RG over Fanaika, feed LF, play Adams more.

We have improved on OL though, I agree with that. But besides the OL, nobody has really improved that much. The coaches just finally started to play the better players and some of our young guys are starting to get more comfortable out there, which is expected as the season goes on.

Minor tweaks in personnel can make a big difference. And some guys have improved a little.... But I wouldn't say major improvements.

It is amazing how beating bad teams will make fans think there is improvemen

OR maybe some of these fans have played the game and actually can watch match up's and know what's going on. also some fans can separate the emotion from the equation. if you don't get drunk you can actually do this.

personally, I saw improvement and it was there even if we had lost.

A botched play by LSU put them in position to begin with, so they were lucky to even be in there

True but the point being made is neither team is very good and it showed in the game.

Actually their point is that LSU didn't win the game, UF lost it. Can't give a Miles team any credit for doing anything. Nope, can't have that. It was all luck and botched plays.

The offensive line looked better. No doubt about that. Kwon still looked really good, but he always has. But I didnt see anything i considered Major improvement. If we would have played state or Auburn last Saturday instead of UF the results would have damn near mirrored the first time

Major improvement is not going to happen after a week. With a little confidence now, hopefully we have another week of improvement and handle Kentucky pretty handily. Two wins and two weeks of improvements against SEC competition, plus having a top 5 team at home in a game noone is giving you a shot, hopefully something crazy happens. If that happens, you have 108k people going freaking nuts against your biggest rival. Hopefully the team improves every week, because we will need to to be competitive here on out.

I agree with everything here. But the topic is called "Major Improvement" so that is what I was speaking against

Well it's true. It just so happens the SEC west is a bear this year and Les can't coast on talent winning close games (like he usually does) against lesser teams such as ole miss, miss st., arkansas, and occasionally auburn. I'm afraid last years team would struggle to go 4-4 in this west.

Very Doubtful. You are just a Miles hating troll..............

I am STILL waiting for you to give me the % of Games Miles has been outcoached since he has been here.... But I am sure you are just a blowhard not knowing anything spoiled PUNK fan that thinks LSU should win 12 games a year..........

Uh yeah cause getting out coached and out coaching is a black/white issue right?. Isn't it sort of subjective? It's my opinion and I'm not alone in my assessment. I RARELY run into people face to face who disagree with Miles's coaching incompetency but it seems hiding behind a computer screen makes it much easier to do.

Have you read any of my posts? I've said repeatedly that I actually watch the game without purple glasses. Wins and losses don't mean nearly as much (to me) as the product on the field or lack thereof.

I would much rather watch a well coached team go whatever the hell and whatever the hell than watch some of the shite that I've watched the last couple years.

The bright spots of these years have been what Mett and the three other guys did last year and what that defense did in '11. Do I think that either of those had anything to do with Miles........NO!

Que the Miles family and his supporters.

I agree, and this team will be much better when older....and Miles will soon go 10-3 again followed by a trip to the peach bowl.
