Thanks for posting! Your brother has improved so much over the past three years, especially this season! It's very obvious just by watching him that every bit of heart and effort is poured into this team, and I really can't wait to see what he and the rest of the team does next season

Not to me.
The team was crushed that they got little or no support at the SECT last year, even tho' it was in NO. There was a big push by alumni & boosters to change that this year.
I discussed giving the list of postings with head of basketball operations Tom Kelsey, as encouragement before the SECT in Nashville. They're big into positive reinforcement and it was a "pep rally"!
Andre's family always follow him to games and I wanted to acknowledge that. They're his biggest fans. I don't think everyone knows that.
And when I say "I love your brother", it's meant as being fond of, or appreciative of. I guess you have to be English to understand the vernacular usage of "love". It's like saying "I love sunny days", or something.

Your brother's biggest issue, in my opinion, was a weak coach. He has always had the ability, but his decision making was pretty suspect at times. The problem was the TJ didn't make anyone accountable. Andre could have benefitted from being yanked a couple of times for really poor shot selection his freshmen year. That created bad habits that carried into last year.
Thankfully, Jones' coaching has really helped Andre maximize his potential and become a very solid player.
I will say that I was probably as hard on him as anyone, and just a couple weeks ago I used him as a model of how Carmouche can improve over time.

Damn proud of Andre and this team. They played their azzes off. This team just needs a few more bigger bodies in the paint. The calvary is coming next year in regards to that issue.

That late 3 against UGA was so clutch. My Brother and I were going crazy. Thought LSU was about to give away the lead, and what do you know Andre steps up bigger than ever. He is definitely fun to watch.
