Unfortunately it is correct. You may not feel that way, but there are a lot of people on this board (LSU "fans") who would rather see LSU lose than succeed under Miles.

For some reason, LSU fans here very frequently confuse a weakness of a team with a weakness of a program.

Our program at this moment is very, very strong.

Name 20 of them.

Pretty simply, anyone that doesn't want LSU to succeed isn't an LSU fan. My loyalty is to LSU, not necessarily coach Miles. I Miles can right the ship, more power to him. If not, then LSU needs to do what is in it's best interest.

There are 40+ posts per day here with no other intention than for fans to bash other fans. It's fn retarded.

I'm not arguing that ponit. In fact I feel the same way. But if you read this board frequently, you can't honestly tell me that there are not people who want Miles out at any cost even if it means watching LSU lose.

And no I can't name 20 people, hell I don't even know who I'm replying too

I think people may come across that way, but it;s more of hyperbole. There are probably 5 posters from the billions and billions of negatigers that actually would rather be right about Miles than for LSU to win again under Miles.

The rest just want to see some real progress and know LSU will be truly competing for SECW championships year in and year out whether it's under Miles or someone else.

I just get tired of always having ppl bring up the negative to every situation. It gets old after a while, and it wears on everyone. It serves no use and accomplishes nothing. And yes I am complaining about everyone complaining. My point is if your going to complain, offer a solution, don't just bitch just to bitch. That is all for now.

I knew it had to be based on something other than actual analysis of our program.

To even have a shot at Atlanta and a top 10 ranking, you need coaches and players who can (a) penetrate a Nick Saban defense and (b) stop a Bobby Petrino offense. You don't often see a team that is balanced enough to expect that.

Well, obviously, two teams will go to Atlanta every year, so you'll see it at least that often. Also, if it's so damned hard to get through this conference, why are Alabama and Florida a combined 31-1 against the rest of the conference over the past two years?

Exactly. "Hope" may have some effect on getting you to heaven, but it has no effect on LSU's win / loss ratio.

I do not say that our program is mediocre or even inevitably in decline, but I do say from the way things look, we aren't as strong as a program than FLA and AL.

100% bullshite. I doubt there is even one, let alone "a lot". Every LSU fan would love to see us go 14-0 and win the national championship next year, with or without Les Miles.

You, like so many others, can't read very well and think criticism implies a desire for the target of criticism to fail. I thought George Bush was a shitty president, but I didn't want the United States to suffer a horrible fate just to prove me right. The same goes for Les Miles and LSU football.

How do you rationalize the two consecutive losses to Ole Miss?
