Ware is getting a whooollllle lot less carries. Not to mention Bama throws the ball hardly never.

I'm going to suggest you do some research.

Trent 115 carries
Ware 105

Alabama passing plays 175
LSU passing plays 133

And Ware is not the main RB every series besides, he would have more TDs if we give him all the goal line carries.

I've tried to steer you in the right direction, but you don't want to listen.

Do you realize Bama's 2nd string RB, Eddie Lacy, has more yards per game, more yards per carry (by a mile), and the same number of TD's as Ware?

Just saying....who has Bama played with such a stout defense

who has lsu played w/ a stout defense? seriously, just saying.
oregon? no
state? debatable
florida? prob but bama also played them already
nw state? hell no
wvu? no
kentucky? god no

sorry but that argument can't be used here as the defenses we've played aren't exactly stellar either.

Again I ask....who have y'all played?

Not one of those teams is putting up any kind of defensive numbers.

Honestly if LSU passed more it would allow Ware some longer gains. we run against 8 and 9 man fronts all the time when we know and they know not only that we are running, but what play we are running. We still get 3-4 yards. its an "F-You, you can't stop us" ploy by miles. Its the heart of what we are as a team.

who has lsu played with a good defense? we've played teams known for good offense, but state is the only team that is supposed to be good defensively, and they're showing every week that they're still mississippi st and not a school on the rise.

Do you realize Ware has been taken out of games due to mop up duty by our other backs? How many RBs does Bama play? LSU plays a crap load. Ware gets the meaningful snaps in the game, not the easy runs against tired defenses in the 4th quarter. Eddie Lacy decided to go to Bama because we are loaded in the backfield for years to come.

I'd say we've played DEFENSES that are every bit as good or better than LSU has played.

Look, I'm impressed by Ware. The guy is very good. But you keep throwing false claims out there that are hard for an argumentative person like myself to let slide.

False again. Eddie Lacy came to Bama because Les didn't offer him until late due to grades.

everyone keeps ignoring the stats being shown and then reiterating the same ignorant point that TR gets a lot more touches than Ware. Ware has 10 less rushes on the year than TR, yet somehow TR has about 300 more yards and 5 more TDs. Sometimes I feel like posters on here can't be any bigger homers, and they never cease to amaze me with uncreative spinning of facts so they can convince themselves of a fallacy. Ware is a very good running back, but that doesn't mean that he is going to be better than or as good as the best back in the country.

Ya I thought it was funny because I watched Lacy play in high school, and he was a great back, but not the brightest crayon in the box when you talked to him. Evidentally Bama isn't to concerned with academics though.

Just say, "you were right, and I was wrong". You don't have to try to change the subject. Les offered him too.

Actually, he could of came to LSU and still qualified like he did in Bama. Lacy decided to go the Bama route to not share carries as much.

The fact is, TR is a better back (best back in the nation IMO). Another fact, Ware IS in the same class as TR. The gap between the 2 isn't that far, if there even is a gap.

Who cares...we stop the run and let the best secondary in the country dare them to pass. TR is better at this point in his career. He goes down...y'all are probably screwed. We have several to step up. QB might be the difference in this game.

LSU RB's seem to almost always be underrated IMO.

Case in point: Ridley pushing to be the Patriots feature back while Ingram is a situational player with the Saints.

Good God, how much can you misinterpret simple facts? Ingram has more carries and TD than Sproles and Thomas combined. Ridley had one decent game, then one good game, then got moved back to returning kicks while the Patriots' starter absolutely exploded last week.

We had Mark Ingram and signed the Richardson, the #1 recruit in the nation, and you think he came to Bama because he could get more carries?

I think I'm going to bow out on this. You have fun with your spin game. And for the record, Ware is a great back.

lol, ridley is not pushing to be the starter. he is pushing to remain the backup when woodhead comes back. where the hell do some of y'all come up with this stuff. btw, ridley has less yards and carries than ingram this year
