I know he fumbled but even the best backs fumble sometimes. He is gonna be important next season. He had looked good in the few games he's gotten carries minus the one vs troy. I think he's gonna suprise people when he gets another chance

I think what scared them the most is why he fumbled.

Dude was straight up with bad pad level (something Robinson rails on him for) just past the LoS and defender got one of the best looking form tackles I've ever seen on him.

At LB level, and you're straight up, you should at least make some sort of a move and not give a clean hit.

Now that I think of it... isn't that 2 games we've started on O this year with a fumble the first play? I think I've might have found one, of several, reason for some slow starts.

Brossette is having a career like Alfred Blue did. Sit around for 4 years getting a handful of carries as a reliable spell back.

I think he should not play period..he's to slow hitting the hole, runs way to upright and has fumbled way to many times..
He has not progressed any since his days at u high and is not an SEC caliber back
Not sure why he is on the field to run kick offs back either
Usually the only time he has made the field is when the tigers have a huge lead at the end of the game
Edwards needs to start way before him next year...

the one vs troy

I think he's in the doghouse now, due to said fumble.

He needs to be... he has not lived up to all the hype out of high school...
Again do not know why they let him return kick offs with edwards....why not put in williams or guice

Wrong hits the hole fast and looked good when he had the game where he avg 7 yards a carry. But he does run too upright and must wk on ball security. He hasn't had enough carries to progress. Save this thread because when he gets his shot consistently he will prove to be pretty good.

While they would be much better returning kicks, not wise to but your top two running backs back there returning kicks. I could see maybe Williams and CEH back there- wouldn’t put Guice back there if he’s already nicked up.

The 3rd back to get carries should be CEH. I wouldn't mind seeing a dose of Ducre either???

If they r benching him because of one fumble, that is just plain fricking stupid. If he has been fumbling all year then maybe. It's like people r blaming him for the Troy loss, ur an idiot if think that. He needs more carries we need him next year.

depends on if he sends out guice-like tweets telling the lsu fans to burn their purple and gold if they disagree with him.

he had a great spring camp. needs the game snaps to take it to the next level. Is a better fit in the Big12

I think he should be more involved in our run game. We will need him to finish out the season and he may very well be our future.

Blue got some of the first carries of the year as a freshman in a loaded backfield. While he was mostly a role player early on, he looked to become a work horse later in his career only to suffer a season ending injury.

We do not see what goes on at practice. If he is prone to fumble in practice, they are not going to let him in the game until he can he can secure the ball for a long stretch of time.

He fumbled last year in his limited carries. I swear it's like people don't remember. But he's had like 20 career carries at LSU and fumbled twice. Guice has had like 250 career carries and hasn't fumbled? Williams doesn't fumble. We don't turn the ball over.
