Should we be concerned that our new AD hired this hot mess of an ATM coach?

He was the AD at aggy -- not exactly a destination job for coaches. He did what he needed to do to get a coach there.

And he wanted to hire Aranda to ATM. Some people around here probably wished that happened.

Jimbo was the choice of the Aggie Deep State and likely one of the reasons Woodward chose to leave. It showed him he wasn't really the one in charge.

The hiring might have been intentional part of the grand plan for LSU domination

At what he was asking he was overpriced. We were right to walk away, as subsequent events have proven. He's a burnout, or he was never that good to begin with.

Ironically, since they can't afford to fire him, he may have time to catch his second wind and build something over there. But you don't pay somebody 7.5 million to have time to catch a second wind. You expect him to contend for titles out of the gate.

How would you guys feel if Woodward was to get a new football coach down here for whatever reason-pay him $7.5 million a year guaranteed for five years with no buyout?

For hiring a guy widely considered one of the better coaches in America?

No, that doesn’t concern me
