I am watching this game because of Etling... - DaCajun1
Otherwise I'd be at Costco, spending $200 on trail mix, alcohol, and a bunch of other sh!t I don't need just to avoid the darkness that is Les Miles offense. Etling gives me hope that Fournette's talent will be able to shine by way of seeing more 7 man fronts....

Props to Eric Reid... - DaCajun1
for finding a way to intelligently protest controversial events and facilitating a meeting between an Army Vet and Kaepernick. The issue people had with Kaepernick, myself included, was never about the underlying protest, it was about the lack of credibility Kaepernick brought to the table as a thou...

re: Looking at the schedule, is it really just a 3 game season? - DaCajun1
It's really a one game season. Miles can lose 4 games, but as long as he beats Bama, he gets another year....

Per Reports...Harris in shotgun with Guice and Fournette to his left and right - DaCajun1
Classified playbook (not to be mistaken with regular secret playbook) has Fournette flaring out into the flat then giving Harris the option of 1) hitting Fournette on a swing pass in the flat 2) delayed draw up the middle to Guice if Lbers chase Fournette or 3) hit Dural streaking down the sideline ...

re: 68% completion percentage for Harris - DaCajun1
Not only do we need a 68% completion rate, we need a steady dose of 180 - 220 yards of passing from him. The lower the yards then the higher the percentage completion rate needs to be and vice versa. It's called balance retards. And I blame Cam and Miles if it doesn't happen. Mauck and Flynn had low...

re: 68% completion percentage for Harris - DaCajun1
If he can get to 68% just for the Bama game, we will win the SEC. 58-60% average for the other games would be excellent.
Now this is an intelligent counter argument. The rest of you are morons....
I wasn't aware offenses used the pistol formation or primarily operated out of 3 WR sets in the 1950s. You idiots need to come up with something new & more accurate. It's obvious from that post you know don't pay attention to the actual sets & formations the Tigers run nor do you have any kno...

re: 68% completion percentage for Harris - DaCajun1
Jesus. Do people have any idea how good 70% is? The QB from WKU led the nation in completion % last year at 71.9%.
When your passing playbook is as elementary and deficient as Miles' then you have to hit at a higher percentage. ...

re: 68% completion percentage for Harris - DaCajun1
I'm guessing you don't realize how good 68% is. That would've put him at 5th best in the nation last year. While it would be nice, we don't need Harris to be that good to be a great team this year.
This offensive scheme is straight out the 1950's and needs exceptional QB play to ov...

68% completion percentage for Harris - DaCajun1
I think this is the threshold for LSU to get back to Alpha Male status. And I'm not talking about completing 9 of 13. Kid needs to be up around 15 of 22 on average for this offense to be balanced enough to compete with Bama. It's unfair to Fournette to ask him to play against 9 man fronts every play...
