Pretty sure even if his grades suck he has all summer to fix them for the next semester. It's definitely jumping the gun way too early on academic issues.

I love how people on this board will call Scike out when he has good news, but when he reports bad news, the negatigers come out in full force like this dude is the freaking oracle.

We all know Scike knows nothing. He wouldn't know about a kid's grades mid-semster. Also, it's MID-SEMESTER, there is no way he would know if he's ineligible if he still has half a school semester and the summer even if his grades are in fact bad.

But keep believing what you want, it seems real healthy

R Robinson is not ineligible. Mike doesn't have a fricking clue what he is talking about. He has zero inside sources. There are much closer sources to program reporting as we speak that he is not. Anybody that wound listen to that guy is either stupid or needs to find a better source before posting inaccurate information.

Midterm grades came out recently, its probably something related to that.
Similar to when the coaches had him running with the 2s to light a fire under him.
Staff probably saw he needed some work to do in the classroom, and the story grows legs and get some publicity

you inserted this medical condition when we are clearly talking about an academic privacy issue. When you get your facts straight try again.

Every team will have problems but it seems like with LSU its always one of our starters and best players that are doing dumb shite. I mean really it s ridiculous. How lucky was Jeremy Hill last year to even be playing after sucker punching a drunk kid. Our players have no discipline is the problem. Maybe I'm overreacting but it's every year.

Yep, you are. For example: nothing has happened this year. The idea that RR is ineligible has been debunked.

Shea just mentioned it was academics and hopefully be could get back on track. If we lose one of our best to grades that will be pathetic.

He's probably ineligible for the Spring Game because he had to drop a class he was failing, I'm sure the situation will be resolved by taking Summer/Intersession classes.

ETA: With the dropped class it might have dropped him below 12 hours making him ineligible for the Spring Game.

This happens to a few guys every year.

Sometimes players do miss parts of spring if coaches feel like they need to work on academics.

If it's cheating related than that would be loss of game time possibly up to a year.

It's all speculation but we will likely know more when fall camp begins - no since speculating on something that know one officially knows and the university does have to protect that student athlete when it involves grades so even the coaches can't comment on it officially.
