It's not decline, as the team is doing the same things it's been doing since 2005. It's just mediocrity with occasional flashes of something more (only short lived flashes)

The premise of this thread is that the program has declined.
There's NO proof of that considering the results of the last decade plus.

Florida State will be joining Bama and others to dip into our talent pool. Same with TAMU in the upcoming years. Texas will be on the upswing once they shed Holiday Bowl Mack Brown and install Oliver Luck and great coaching selections. Auburn is on the upspwing. Things are changing against our favor. Many team now know just how important Dline play is (not that they did not know before, but they are really placing a premium on it, and our window of talent and depth in that area is degrading). Just watch

Again, it's not a decline. It's just how things are and have been for 10 years now. 2+ losses, guaranteed. Maybe they'll lose less, but still will have nothing to show for it.
