Not sure what to think. Seems physical. Anyone think he can break out?

He'll never lose the starting job now that it's his.

He's great in coverage. The total package at safety really. I think him and Adams will be a helluva duo over the next 2 seasons.

Without him, we lose the Florida game.... He picked it near the end and had a good return to help us kick a field goal. I feel like he will fit in comfortably and we will continue to be called DBU

If that's close to accurate than he and Adams will undoubtedly be the best safety combo in the country

This. He's one of the most versatile safeties you will find when comes to coverage & being to play in the box. His ball skilled are underrated.

He's every bit of Laron Landry 2.0 with much better ball skills (tied for the lead INT's last year and was a WR in high school ) .....it's simply just a matter of will Corey Paymond place him in a position to be successful. Mills is a converted corner which Jefferson is not. He's a headhunting, bone jarring safety that should only be asked to cover a tight end or running back. If he falters this year, it will solely be an indictment of Raymond's coaching. He's a bonified BEAST!!

I think he'll be one of the better safeties we've had recently. Great football with receiver hands who's learning and growing as a db. He and Adams will be talked about next season as one of the greatest safety duos in LSU history.
