A friend of mine, talking abt PPs draft stock said this: PP's weakness are his lack of strength and his poor tackling. Please, comment on this so I can link this to him and make him cry.

Just read this and I laughed until I stopped. Unless your "friend" is an NFL scout or coach and he's screwing with you, he needs to stop self-medicating ASAP.

PP not only takes away about half the field as a lockdown corner, he's one of the best solo tacklers in college football, in which he shows just how strong he is. Also, didn't he hold J. Jones and Green to 7 catches (combined) this past year? Heck, I'd have PP return kicks if it was up to me.

Look, M. Kiper and others that live on ranking pro hopefuls, and NFL evaluators have him listed as the No. 1 or No. 2 DB in the 2011 Draft (if there is a 2011 season...). The dude's NFL ready, or he certainly will be after this year. IMHO, he'll be playing on Sundays, including the one a week before the Super Bowl.

I think he is just overly aggressive sometimes.

with a more improved dline i dont think this happens. We talking about very few plays though that this is an issue. Guy started as a freshman for a team that just won it all. That says a lot, regardless of who he plays for.

If I remember right, Peterson called out Jones last year for his shoddy tackling.PP is the one guy on D that I have absolute confidence in.Oh and tell your buddy he's ghey.

Glenn Dorsey didn't play for any of those schools and that didn't prevent the media from blowing him every chance they got

He's probably the biggest and most physical corner in the country.

The only problem that pops up sometimes is that he will bite on a double move sometimes, but NFL teams are drooling over having PP. He is a very sure tackler and his strength is not an issue.

No, he's a republitard that stands on the sidelines and throws rotten tomatoes at everything instead of offering constructive thought.

If Patrick Peterson doesn't get cramps, we beat Alabama.

I had to look at the date this thread was posted...thought it was an April Fool's prank! Are you serious? You'd better find more intelligent friends to hang with because it seems you're drinking the kool-aid that he's giving you.
PP gave us the best moments in most of the games last year...my only concern is that he decides to leave early. Peterson is the best defensive player to be wearing the purple and gold.

Much like the rantards on here your friend is a friendtard. Easy solution, every time your friend comments on football laugh at him and say the opposite: you will always be right.

...somewhat agree...seen him miss tackles for sure - that should have been made. He can get burned, too - hey, its happened. He's not been "the greatest" at his position - yet. Pretty good, but not "great". I mean, its true. JMHO and I'm stickin' to it.

Someone should find the YouTube clip of him his freshman year blowing up the wide receiver trying to block him and closelining the other receiver on the line of scrimmage who caught a smoke route.

not strong and can't tackle? has he ever seen deon sanders? pp is good, once he grows and don't get burnt on double moves, he'll be the best in the nation. probably this year.

He shut down Julio Jones, and then when he got cramps (out the game), Julio scored on the next play.

Enough said!
