A friend of mine, talking abt PPs draft stock said this: PP's weakness are his lack of strength and his poor tackling.

Please, comment on this so I can link this to him and make him cry

Patrick Peterson's ONLY weakness is not getting enough media coverage.

PP will be a top 10 pick whenever he decides to come out.

I would have to agree. He whiffed on tackles several times throughout the year. He also will take chances and get burned.

Hes not nearly as invincible as LSU fans make him out to be

PP has great talent...but could improve on team defense concepts...

PP's weaknesses are not physical.

The only weakness of PP's that I see is that he tries to do too much to help out his college teammates rather than concentrating on his own assignments, and that he seemed to take a game off when there were deplorable field conditions in Orlando.

Those things should have almost NO effect on his draft potential.

I think he is just overly aggressive sometimes. I think he is a good tackler and he is VERY strong for a corner.

Tell your friend to eat a bowl of dicks.
Oh yea, and, he doesn't even deserve to breathe the same air we do.

Yeah it definitely looks like he needs to hit the weight room...

Strength is one of his big assets as a corner. He's so big there was a thread on here last year talking about whether he would out-grow CB. His tackling is exceptional also. I remember him taking down Tebow and then UF's TE in the open field by himself on back to back plays. Impressive for a corner.

I think your friend is a meatball or is just misinformed about PP.. It's one or the other

I posted a simular comment this season and was nearly killed. I do think he has tremendous talent but he has a long ways to go in coverage skills. His strength cannot be questioned though.

The secondary was instructed to play conservative and give large cushions in the game due to the field. The whole reason he got beat was because he gave the cushion and the turf came out from under him when he came up to challenge.

The guy is already planning on leaving next year. He will be a top 5 pick because of his size, speed, and the fact he is a true cove corner.

Peterson is actually a great tackler, and completely avoided in coverage 80% of the time.

He's honestly about the best tackler on the defense.

Whenever I see someone on the outside with the ball and #7 in the area, I know things are about to get shut down.
