Jimbo Fisher

Chip Kelly

Dan Mullen

And...

Les Miles

I think this is true. They get one of these or they say that Les is back.

Jimbo Fisher or Jon Gruden please. I know the money is on Fisher and I would love it, but god at least peg Gruden's interest.

Gruden has no interest in collegiate coaching let alone leaving that easy as pie made in the shade job he has with ESPN. Dude makes like 10 million a year to barely work. It's laughable

If we can't get Jimbo or Chip Kelly, I think we should really give Tom Herman a hard look over anyone else (Dan Mullen).

If somehow Les is not fired, this whole situation was very poorly handled. Alleva should have come out from the beginning to shoot down these rumors.

5 million a year actually, but yea, he isn't gonna take a pay cut to work more.

Jon Gruden is never going to coach again. How many umpteen opportunities have come up since he left coaching?

He never loses any games and never gets undercut by players, fans or the front office.

Jimbo is interesting, considering how unpopular he was with the fan base while he was here - under 2 highly successful head coaches.

Seriously - why would ANYONE in his right mind leave the HC job at FSU - where he was brought in with all the promises made about HCIW - actually given that job and actually made it work to the tune of a NC, a Heisman/#1 draft pick QB and has the team built like an SEC team, but in an easier conference to win? Y'all really think that's realistic?

THAT IS SEXTON'S WAY OF NEGOTIATING A PAY BUMP FOR JIMBO IN TALLAHASSEE.

Okay - really this is how it happens, y'all:

Les is at an all time low - no question. This was supposed to be the set up year for 2016. If it had gone down like this:

1. McNeese played as expected.

2. Lost a close game to Auburn.

3. Lost a close game to Florida.

4. Got blown out by Bama

5. Won games - however close against Arky and Ole Miss - we would still have 3 losses, but not a single rational person would be talking about firing Miles.

But now - it's done.

LSU gives Miles $15 million to not coach. SO - Kelly leaves the Eagles ... to go back to Oregon. Jimbo gets about a million and change pay raise at FSU. The other big names all do similar things.

So, we interview Herman and Fuente - and probably hire Fuente for about $2 million a year - Alleva calls it a win because because he cut the coaches salary in half.

(Hope he's ready to coach in the big league.)

I would be fine with Any of these hires. I'd still prefer to keep Miles until the end of next year.

1 Urban Meyers OC vs another.

Mullen has done some really impressive stuff at Miss St.
Herman just lost to Connecticut.

Only good choice is Jimbo.

Why not Mike Gundy from OSU? Still seems like an upgrade over Miles.
