if you do, leave early saturday morning. My friend who lives in vegas said LV to LA on labor day weekend can take 6+ hrs due to traffic.

He should be okay driving to Pasadena from LV on Saturday morning because most of the traffic will be heading north out of LA to LV. Now if it were Monday, I would suggest leaving before the break of day because it can take forever to get from Las Vegas to the LA Basin.

not familiar with bar scene in Pasadena...I have been told about Rocco's but seems small for the potentially large crowd we could bring...are you allowed to drink on the sidewalk outside these bars?

When was the last time you were at either of these two places? It is my understanding that COVID restrictions have changed things a little. Are they equal in size?

I recommend Ontario or even Van Nuys.

If it ends up being a tailgate outside the stadium my two sons and I are in! They’re way too young for a bar.

Going up a week early to stay in Paso Robles. Flying in to San Luis Obispo Airport. Staying at the Paso Robles Inn on the town square. From there we are leaving the Thursday before the game to go to Pasadena. Haven't booked our hotel there yet. Flying home Sunday from LAX.

ETA Just booked 3 nights at the Langham Hunnington in Pasadena.

3 of us are arriving in Pasadena Saturday morning around 11am or noon. We are coming from Vegas. We will gladly pitch in for a TD Tailgate. I need a new TD koozie. Mine from the Texas tailgate in 2019 is looking pretty rough.

There is a Pasadena mask requirement for all indoor settings since late July. So folks need to have and wear masks if they are going to be indoors part of the time at Pasadena sports bars after the game.

Weird thing is that I saw no one wearing masks in an Orange County bar, restaurant, and a concert venue two weekends ago.

That's four hours out and four hours back. You sure you want to do that on game day?

You can show up 6 hours before the game (11:30). I would try to get there by at least 2.

Bc Orange County doesn’t have a mask mandate, that’s why I’m staying in Newport even though it’s far

Haven't been to either since Covid. Barney's is probably bigger but they are all good sports hangs. Roccos too. Worth giving them a call if you want to find out more details.

Orange County is pretty much Texas, Florida, Louisiana, etc. when it comes to Covid. Just WAAAAAY nicer.
