I know there was talk about saving money and letting him finish out the year. PLEASE STOP, THIS HAS GOTTEN WAY OUT OF HAND NOW. He needs to go now, AND I MEAN TODAY, AFTER THIS LOSS. As an alum and HUGE hoops fan, this makes me sick. I truly hope Alleva loses his job over this because he is letting this shite show go on. frick everything and frick I've got nothing else as I'm going to throw up. I'm out baws

I wish FKing would walk out in the Bama arena and fire both JJ and Alleva at the same time. Then tell them they have to find their own way home.

I mean baws really. Johnny and myself are both alums. If he really loves LSU like myself and the rest of you guys he needs to see he is embarrassing himself as well as our once prioud hoops program and step down. I'm so fricking disgusted I wanna kick ole Duke (my dog) and I love Duke. I know it's not his fault yet Johnny is just, frick I've got nothing. He's set us back so far it's really not funny anymore and that's my point.

He's going to be fired, I'm not really worried about the timing unless it goes past the day after the season is over. Alleva can't even miss this one. The real question is how badly will he botch the hire?

What does JJ even do anymore? It's like working in an office and never seeing someone but you know they're still collecting a paycheck. You'd hope they'd just resign and the more time that goes by without action, the more frustrated you get.

Alleva is an idiot savant. Hiring O probably actually bought him a couple extra years because his job is now tied to how the football team does the next couple seasons.

I hear ya S, but come on man, this really is sickening. It was funny for a bit but to let this shite show continue really makes me ill brother. I just can't take it anymore. I love LSU' hoops and to see this each and every game makes me wanna kick my dog. I've just had enough and can't handle anymore

I can speculate on Alleva's intent, but allowing these bloodlettings to continue, on National TV no less, only hurts the program, now and in the future.
