I have a sincere desire to watch these young men complete within the confines of legality.

EBR DA Hillar Moore announces that no charges will be filed against three arrested #LSU football players: Jennings, Bain and Thomas.

1. Who paid off the "victim"?
2. Good we need Jennings as a backup.
3. After re-watching the spring game a few times and listening to Miles's comments over the summer, Harris would have the edge. Jennings being suspended and not being able to work out with the team just extended that edge.
4. With all that being said, welcome back to the starting qb spot Anthony Jennings. (sarcasm)

Thomas is a big get back. Bain also. Jennings can be valuable as a quality and experienced backup.

Jennings is consistent and has become a much better passer.

Harris played poorly in 1 start on the road after excelling late in games; especially vs MSU.

Jennings played poorly all season.

A shitty season >>>>> one bad start

Your such a loser. Youll go far in life following what everyone else does.

I was happy to kick the whole bunch off the team but now I'm happy that QB position is 'loaded'!

Still hope Harris is the savior, though.

Will be interesting to see what happens, but given history Miles will be starting Jennings come the opening game, and at worst he starts game 2 of the season if he gets a 1 game suspension.

Some will try and justify it by saying to look at the transition Mettenberger made in year 2 as a starter, but AJ is not near the talent that Mettenberger was and showed nowhere near the flashes Mett did either in his first year as a starter. Mett did more than just throw the occasional deep ball/fade for a TD.

Mett's last 5 starts of 2012 season:
95/154 (61.7%), 1190 yards (238 ypg), 5 TDs, 3 INT

AJ's last 5 starts of 2014 season:
47/99 (47.5%), 563 yards (112.6 ypg), 4 TDs, 4 INTs

So people expecting AJ to magically improve this season, while optimistic, are being unrealistic.

In the end, Miles will make the decision. He doesn't take anything fans say into consideration, so why would they expect it now.

Apologies... I simply assumed that no one would actually be stupid enough to suggest moving our best cover corner to OLB, and a stud RB recruit to DE.

CptBengal,

If Harris starts every game this year, will you promise to go away and never return?

Sincerely,
The World

I hope this is sarcasm. Clearly you can't be looking forward to the play of AJ.

Has anyone seen any reaction from Les and/or LSU?

predictions need to be regular season only.

We have no idea what bowl game we'll go to, who the opponent will be, and what our excitement/motivation level will be.

Also, does the 8-5 mean we went 7-5 in the regular season or 8-4?

So please keep all predictions to the 12-game regular season

Jeez, I get so tired of these types of responses.

It's a fricking message board where people give their opinions. Some will be right, some wrong.

If you don't want other people's opinions, go away.

I don't think anyone has ever or will ever attempt such a justification.
