Myles Brennan won't see the field this season until he has a 40 pound weight gain. Drink plenty of milkshakes Brennan. Kid would get killed in the brutal SEC. 2018 is what he should be gunning for.

You and your great athlete shite with a monster arm. I'm so sick of hearing that. Didn't Harris and Jefferson and Jennings have strong arms and good athletes? Look where that got us. I want someone who can think, can actually hit the side of the barn, and for God's sake make it to at least the second progression.

Hey guys, you don't need to choose which backup QB to support. Novel thought: you can support both!

You don't know whether Myles OR Narcisse can do this in a live game at the college level, yet you assume one can and one cannot.

Gotta rush to choose a favorite now so you can say he sucks as soon as he becomes the starter. The backup QB will always be the most popular among fans at LSU.

With LSU's talent, and stellar defense, they will be in the mix but we wont beat Alabama and Florida on the road unless Danny improves.

You MF'rs are so clueless... LSU played Bama scoreless for 3 Qts and had Fla. beat with a hurt Etling, shitty LM/Cam outdated offense, Esminger calling plays, and some bad turnovers and missed assignments to lose that heartbreaker.

SO, with Etling healed and stronger, Canada's new offense, a strong Def backing them up, O making sure they are fresh come game day and no 2.5 hour LM practice, I am sure Etling can win those big games.

Sure he needs to improve, and with his surgery and being a year older and more experienced, he will be

Narcisse is the exact same mold as Jordan Jefferson and Brandon Harris coming out of high school... just left handed

meh, i think he is a way better runner than those two.. JJ and BH werent really runners.. BH had a Cannon and JJ just sucked all around... you should have said a left handed Jalen Hurts and you would have been better off..

all I know is Id have about 6-10 plays that that big sob could run in his sleep and have him come in the Bama game.. Mobile QBs always give them trouble.. another thing is for certain.. he aint skeered..

this^^^

i hope narcisse redshirts and learns more about playing qb than just being another football chucker with running ability.

need him to be a passer. dude has a ton of potential and i think he'll play quite a bit and start when mb leaves after his jr year. that'll give narcisse two years to start, but prolly leave after his rsjr year.

Myles Brennan will redshirt.

And I think this makes sense - I think in blowouts, Canada is going to try to convince O of the threat that 2 different types of QBs can pose. Narcisse (if healthy) has a massive range of tools - he can do some pocket stuff (although better in the shotgun - as are virtually all HS QBs now), rolling pocket, throw on the run, run. Brennan is like a surgeon - quick release, accurate, decisive.

If we can get both up to the speed of the game by next year, with Narcisse the "veteran" at that point, with Brennan with 4 years left to be the QB of the future - realistically, it doesn't really matter what kind of offense we run as long as it isn't predictable.

We still need to sign 5 or 6 OL in 2018 ( ).

Must be nice to be able to blame everything bad on Miles. If the new coach wins, are you going to say "Orgeron won with Les Miles' players?"

Let me guess, you and the other rantards here are going to continue to make excuses for that grass eating buffoon every time his name comes up?
